Well I must say I am impressed with the overhaul - this car wash is operating very well Only things I can think if to improve is 1. Better directions; it does not work the same way it did before, now you pull into the Bay to pay while there's already another car in the Bay 2. If you go here hope that everything goes ok - despite the sign saying they have 24/7 virtual support, both phone numbers direct you to the same voicemail box of Jeff Lampere and both mailboxes are "full and cannot accept any new messages". would not recommend - go somewhere that has real people that will actually be able to help if there's a problem, like the machines eating your money and completely ripping you off. read more

For car washes in the area, you can do better. For a car wash that you rarely will have to wait in line for, you can't find a better option. The Manlius Car Wash was pretty good some time ago, but then shut down and has recently reopened within the past few years. With its reopening it has seemed to get a bit worse. A recent trip here to use the manual car wash found 2 of 4 bays down, and the ones that were working were in rough shape (standing water, missing stickers on the difference wash controls, and a quarter slot that turned a car wash into a carnival game). I normally use the automatic car wash, but that can be finicky as well. A premium wash here will cost you $9, which isn't horrible. The car wash also has 3 vacuums, which is nice, as well as an array of armor all and other cleaning products that can be purchased for a couple bucks. If this place was able to clean up just a bit then I think it would be the best wash in the area. read more

This was a mixed experience. I called the owner to complain about a poor wash job. He apologized, and offered a voucher for a free wash to come back and try them again. They are working on improving a failed business. I will give them 2 stars, and do a new review once I go back. read more

Theres never enough bays ipen pressure sucks theres no soap even the drive through wash doesn't clean all the way theres always a layer of dirt left after pulling out its been like this for years now and the new management improvement is propaganda crap there just rippin people off if ya want a good car wash go to east syr by the beginning 2 on manlius rd and its only $2.50 great pressure and works great read more

Been using this location for years and it's been great but recently had an issue with soap running out in on of the stalls- issue caused by cold weather. Called up the owner and he responded within 30 minutes and offered to send some tokens. Easy solution! read more

Don't believe the "new and improved" sign. Most confusing car wash. The WORST wash I've ever had. The estimated three minute wait is more like seven. The pay station takes over a minute by itself. read more

On March 1st at about 6:30 pm, I paid for the car wash, and it didn't work. I called the number on the machine (no operator here), and they texted back the next day wanting my name and address and promised refund. After a week, I contacted them again, but no reply. STAY AWAY...they will keep your money and you and you have no recourse. Pretty weak wash job even when it is 'working.' The one at the gas station across from Towne Center in Fayetteville is much better. Too cheap to refund car wash money. Sad. read more

Awful! I went through the wash, then got out to vacuum my car and was appalled- it looked worse than it did before I drove through! There was a sticky soap residue all over the car. I looked for an attendant but there were none on duty and so I called the number posted and requested a return call. Two days later I have yet to receive one. This experience combined with the other negative reviews indicate that the owner or owners are unconcerned with customer satisfaction. If I could rate No stars I would. No stars for this car wash!! Every time you go,something is broken down! Its an automatic car wash.. I would like to go in there and get my car washed automatically and i never can! You can never get in contact with the owners because they never answer their phone! They do not ever fix the equipment! All I want to do is give them my money to get my car washed but apparently they do not care enough for their business to keep up with the maintenance! Absolutlely ridiculous! Save yourself time and money.. Go somewhere else where you will be satisfied. I will no longer be attempting to go here.. Worst car wash. Eats money so fast you can't even do a car for 10.00. Mud in all bays. Don't waste your money.

Avoid this place. Stopped for a quick car wash because my usual stop at Nice and Easy was being serviced. Terrible idea. Watched the car ahead of me struggle and then leave the wash without it starting. Assumed they either had problems either with their credit card or lacked exact change which this place requires if you go that route. They took my credit card fine, followed the drive forward and stop instructions and then was prompted to back up slowly. Which apparently meant completely out of the building. Drove forward and back for a while then drove around to the office which of course was empty. Gentlemen behind me said he lost 8 dollars there last week, I added my ten. If the wash is broken close it or at least be present to work out any wrinkles. Haven't been there in years and won't ever go back. Incompetent or crooks either way a business clearly to avoid. The worst car wash I have ever had the misfortune to use. Refused to recognize my credit card after numerous attempts. Refused 10 dollar bills and finally accepted one after numerous tries. I felt captive in a place that malfunctioned! Mediocre car wash that leaves residue on the car - couldn't wait to escape the "chunnel!" The "new and improved?" Now that is an oxymoron! read more

Not very happy with this wash at all. I went to the drive through and did a premium wash. It was 9 dollars and I feel like they just stole my money. It is not powerful at all. I came out of the wash and looked at my car and it looked almost exactly the same. It was still dirty! It wasn't like my car was in really bad shape either. I then had to go do a manual wash after paying the 9.00. The manual wash was 2.50 and the time they gave me was so low I had to put in 4 extra quarters and it still wasn't enough to rinse my car. I do manual car washes all the time so I know this is not normal. I had to go back and get more change and pay ANOTHER 2.50 for a full manual wash just so I could rinse my car. I now have a clean car 15 dollars later. Thanks Manlius Car Wash ! I don't usually write reviews but I but this business stole from me so I would like to prevent this from happening to others too. read more
