Each time my order was ready to pick up, NO ONE would call me. I had to call and see if my order was ready for pick up. Then the last year, they couldn't get scleral lenses to fit correctly so we switched to RGP contacts and when I continued to tell her they don't fit well and I can't see they said that it was past the time to get them fixed (WHICH WAS ON THEM). So, I ended up with contacts that my insurance paid for, and I had no contacts to see out of. Not to mention I usually have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to be called back to be seen. Worst service I have ever received in the 32 years I have worn glasses. I continued going here for a couple of year to see if service got better and it got worse.

I was devastated not only with the horrible results of face-lift done by Dr.Perlman but the cancelation of my appointment that I know was untrue, Basically I was lied to because of not wanting to do the revision for me! A few weeks before Sylvia had been very rude to me, I called Seychelles Med Spa since I was referred by her to see Dr.Perlman, and explained how I was treated by Sylvia, Most likely my cancelation was due to me calling!Since I've had surgery he has moved his office, He is now in the same building as Seychelles Med Spa on Borough dr. Spring, Tx. August 23, 2023 Sylvia called back to tell me that I needed to come in the following week for evaluation of my face and it would be a couple of months, That didn't make any sense being I was scheduled for "Revision" on August 25, 2023! I could not trust these people again, I feel she was trying to cover up the breaking of contract! In good faith I would like my money refunded, I paid for a botched face-lift that has made me feel insecure with the bad results and completely devasted of the entire experience! I have been lied to and knowing I paid that price for something that went terribly wrong! I need to have my face corrected by a Plastic surgeon, but need my money back to get it done! When his nurse, Debbie, asked what I was hoping to have done, I showed her the two wrinkles between my eyebrows for Botox and then the 2 areas around my mouth for juviderm: I wanted the labial folds filled in and then a horizontal wrinkle along my chin line on either side. I've had these done before - one dose of Botox for eyebrow, one dose of Juviderm to fill out the wrinkles along chin line. Debbie proceeded to inject 2 doses of Botox in my forehead - missing the wrinkles between my brows. Then she injected 2 doses of Juviderm and told me I had to have another before I stopped her. $1,800 later, I have a forehead that looks like a Vulcan from Starship Enterprise. And I have noticeable bulges above my lip on the left side (she said the left needed more work) along with a fuller area on the left labial fold than the right side. I would never, ever go back to this place. They milk you for what they can. My feeling is that the staff is out to make extra bucks while the doctor is out. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!

The procedure was coded in a way that insurance denied as cosmetic or comfort care, leaving me with a $400 bill that overdrafted my account. When I reached out for notes or a letter of medical necessity to appeal, I was told the physician no longer works there, transferred to billing, and the billing manager refused to help. She said they wouldn't do anything more, it was an insurance problem, and this was the last communication they'd have on the matter. She became aggressive when I simply explained I was upset about the situation. On top of that, they charged my card for the full amount without any prior notice after the denial, which came as a complete shock. The doctor was also negligent in dressing the wound, the gauze stuck to the nail bed, I had to return two days later, and he ripped it off dry, causing extreme pain and re-traumatizing the area. The nail is now not growing back properly. Patients deserve better than being left financially harmed and physically worse off with zero cooperation on fixing a preventable insurance issue. I wouldn't recommend this practice.

Dr. Rob is a magician with hips!…read more And I am assuming with anything else that needs manipulating, loosening or stretching. I've had hip issues in my right hip for years. Exercise and steroids and massages have not solved the problem. Finally, at the end of 2018, when my other hip started giving me some issues, I asked around and got Dr. Rob's info. I almost passed out the first time I was stretched but then Walked out of office quite a bit better. Each week I had more and more movement in my hip. My lower back also began to feel better. I just got back from a Colorado vacation where I hiked, zip lined and even white water kayaked and was amazed how great my hips felt. I actually noticed it about an hour into the flight to Denver. Typically my right hip would start hurting but Nope. A bonus was that I was shown some stretches that were much more efficient than anything I'd found online regarding hips.
