I think this is the best food in Salisbury and it's hard to find Korean food like this. High quality food and not a long wait time. I always do takeout so i'm not sure how the dine in experience is. Very small hole in the wall restaurant, very good quality. The staff is incredibly friendly. For the amount of food we ordered it was extremely fast. The only criticism I have is that they serve cans of soda as opposed to fountain, but really, that is a minor issue. I will definitely be back next time we're in town. read more

I enjoy having this right around where I live! Their bubble tea is the best bubble tea I have ever had, hands down. And I have tried a lot! Sushi is great as well. The bowls are too... but they are very expensive ($13 as a starting point). But, you are supporting a local business when buying from them. What a treat! The food is excellent, service is friendly, helpful and quick. Sadly I live over 30 minutes away or I would go there every night. For starters we had Pan Fried Gyoza and Takoyaki. Excellent and perfectly prepared. I ordered the Pork Belly Miso Ramen which was excellent. The broth was well seasoned with a nice serving of meat, vegetables and noodles. My husband had Bibimbap. pretty disappointed. I ordered one of the custom manna bowls with white rice, miso mayo sauce, shrimp, tuna, avocado, sweet onion, mushroom and onion crisps. I also ordered a mango fruit tea. when my order got here after an hour it was not what I expected. the bowl had no sauce, red onion, and the "onion crisps" are sour cream and onion chips! there wasn't a lot of shrimp or tuna. and the tea? I have really enjoyed eating at Manna since its opening several years ago. Recently the restaurant has undergone a change of management. I have visited multiple times since the change and really love the new menu. They have kept the best of the old and added amazing new items. Salisbury hasn't had a real Poke restaurant until now! The food is a five, however I want this review to be honest so I dropped the review to 4 stars because the wait times are a bit too long. I chalk this up to new ownership, and a new menu. A decent place to chill, clean, nice ambiance, variety of food choices and prices are affordable. I've ordered Takoyaki unfortunately it didn't hit the spot not even close to the real one being sold in the street of SEA country. The spicy squid is not bad but it could be better. The restaurant has switched ownership and re-branded itself as an Asian restaurant with a Japanese focus, although they keep Korean staples and added delicious bubble teas. The manager (I guess that's who he was) was rushing me to decide what I wanted to order; he still had an hour left until closing time so that couldn't have been the problem, but I didn't let that bother me. We ordered our boba tea, paid for it, and THEN the guy decides to let us know that they're out of boba. If you are of Korean descent, do not go here. Ordered yangnyum chicken, dukbokki, soondooboo jigae, and galbi box set. I'm responsible for choosing a Korean place in Salisbury MD but as a restaurant operator you've got to maintain a certain level of quality and pride in what you serve. Yangnyum chicken: They used pre-fried (frozen) chicken wings and just coated it with what tasted like a mix of their own sauce and BulDak ramen sauce. Dukbokki: Typical bad plain dukbokki. Rice cake was soft though. Soondooboo jigae: if you boiled plain water and dump a shrimp, a few shell fish, some red pepper and tofu with no seasoning, your soup will be better than what I had. Galbi: this made me curse. Smelly grade F (if it exists) beef with some kind of artificial marinade. A bottled water and a Crush: were perfect. Hence 1 star. Spent $48 and left 80% of food on the table. With some YouTube videos alone, they could be serving tremendously better food. How they "cook" is absolutely irresponsible and embarrassing. If you are NOT of Korean descent, don't go here either. read more
