It was my and my husband's first time going to the store because I was really just craving for some donuts. When we got there, the ambiance itself was so cozy & it smelled good donuts around the place so I really got excited! We ordered an iced coffee and half a dozen donuts and they all tasted so good! The girl who was serving us the donuts even recommended us the good donuts and gave us extra donuts even I just appreciated the service, and we will, for sure, be back for more if I crave donuts again! Definitely recommended

Every time I come here, the customer service is so friendly and warm, and they are so generous they always give extra donut holes (especially at closing ) and all of their drinks are delicious (slowly trying them all) This has been a favorite sweet treat spot for the past six years since we moved here, a hidden treasure In the IE :)

The service was like no other. We were treated with such kindness! The donuts are delicious but I highly recommend getting a jalapeño ham & cheese croissant because it was like no other. If you're ever in the area visit this spot that's been going strong for 30 years now !

I'm not a fan of donuts but the rest of my family is. We stopped in for a dozen donuts. The almond bear claws were so delicious! 5 stars for sure and I don't love sweets. The rest of the donuts were good according to family members. The flies in some of the donut cases were a huge turn off. Overall, we'd return but hope they better seal the cases.

This place was recommended by a "donut expert" as the best donuts. The donuts were one thing but the ambiance was unexpected. Everyone inside was welcomed by name, you could tell they have a lot of regulars. It felt like a community that has known each other for years. They say they're open on Saturdays at 4 AM. I get there to buy a cup of coffee and ask for just a tiny bit of creamer and the lady had me wait out in the door till 415. Not good service. The lady there in the morning is very mean she's told me if I didn't like it. I can go look for another donut shop very rude. read more

I left the SB courthouse after getting my ass handed to me on a random tuesday afternoon, and all i could think of was man...i could use a donut and a damn coffee. As I was making way through unfamiliar streets to try to get back on the freeway, I saw this place. I got a choclate covered bar and coffee for only $3.50, and the lady inside was really nice. I happened upon this donut shop unexpectedly just because I was driving past and decided to turn around and drop in. So glad that I did because this has become my favorite donut shop. The people who run the shop are very nice and helpful. At night there's a group of "regulars" who are always there eating, sipping, and chatting amongst themselves. It's a great, lively environment when they're there. Another thing that is almost better than their donuts is that they stay open late! So if you're getting that hankering for a donut at 8:00pm, head over because they are still open. My favorite donuts are the croissant donuts. I needed to pickup three dozen donuts this afternoon. When I arrived, there was a line of people doing Lottery business at the register. I waited patiently at the counter for at least 5 minutes and was never served. They were too busy with Lottery people, even those who came in after me. Manna, you need to decide. My go to spot for Boba. Every one of the smoothies goes crazy. Their donut / pre-packaged beverage selection is also to be appreciated, but the fact that I can get a blended drink as good as this for such an affordable price is what makes Manna Donuts the real deal in my opinion. Manna Donuts are the best donut shop in San Bernardino!! They are always delicious and fresh and soft. My favorite spot to go to. Their sandwiches, ice blends, milk teas, donuts are so so good! I highly recommend this place. The owners are nice and sweet, they have great customer service, they remember their customers and they love to build relationships. The donut shop itself is great, with a big menu to read, a display case and a generous amount of seating for the size of the shop. Be ready to wait in line! This donut shop is the best in San Bernardino. They make an amazingly tasty almond bear claw . They are perfect almond in every bite! Their lemon filled is tart and sweat! All the fillings are great! If your lucky they will throw in a few donut holes. They make them in chocolate and glazed! The prices are very reasonable. You can also pick up your lottery tickets here. I tried this place out and liked the variety of slushies, smoothies, and milk teas there are available on the menu. I personally didn't care for the donuts and the Thai iced tea wasn't good either because it lacked flavor, it made me run to the bathroom. I was told after we'd picked our dozen that all of them were specialty donuts except two. One would think when requesting a dozen it would be clear that we want the dozen for the price listed and would be advised that some cost more. Two of our donuts were a little larger and I expected maybe to have to pay .50 cents or a dollar more for those but ten dollars more when the other donuts were regular sized and had Christmas themed sprinkles instead of regular? I wasn't going to put them all back and have my kids pick all different donuts, so paid anyway but felt extremely ripped off. Especially during the holidays when everything is already expensive, I can't believe they'd rip people off like that. Picture attached to document the "custom" "specialty " donuts that cost 30 bucks. In the future you really should let customers know the additional cost for fancy sprinkles before they have chosen all the donuts and been rung up. I won't be back unfortunately.

The donut also tastes like it's been sitting out for a while. Overall, not a great experience and I wouldn't come back and wouldn't recommend this spot to anyone.

I came to Manna Donuts to pick up something special for my class, and I'm so glad I did. I ordered three dozen donuts along with three red velvet donuts, and everything was outstanding. The donuts were fresh, soft, and perfectly moist. You could tell they were made with care because each bite had that light, melt-in-your-mouth texture that good donuts should have. My students were thrilled when I brought them in the classroom lit up with excitement as they picked their favorites. The red velvet donuts in particular were a huge hit, and the variety made it fun for everyone to try something different. On top of the amazing donuts, the staff was just as sweet. They greeted me warmly, were patient while I placed a big order, and even added a few extra donuts free of charge. I live in Orange County but my 2nd job is about 15 mins from Manna Donuts. They have the best donuts in town! I'm here at least 3x a week for coffee and donuts for my office. My coworkers always request for me to bring in donuts from Manna. They have such a wide variety of donuts that every time I'm there I can't decide on just one flavor, I want one of each! Their coffee is also on point with different coffee creamer flavors to choose from. Be sure to ask about their secret menu item (glazed donut breakfast sandwhich), you'll thank me later! read more

Hands down the best donuts in San Bernardino. The donuts are always soft, fresh, and ridiculously good. You can tell everything is made fresh because every bite just melts in your mouth. Even the service here is amazing. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The shop itself has a nice cozy feel with a few tables to sit down and enjoy your coffee and donuts. Definitely one of those local spots that deserves the hype. read more
