First off, this place is small and jam-packed with random stuff, almost like a liquor store. Instead of trying to make money by selling a little bit of everything, they should focus on what people actually came for: the donuts. The staff was rude both times we visited. They were very short with us and honestly didn't seem very knowledgeable about their own products. I asked about a donut I had bought the day before, and they told me they don't even make that donut. Like... what the hell? I literally bought it here yesterday. To make matters worse, they acted like I was an inconvenience for simply being a customer. I know I interrupted whatever show they were watching on their phone, but this is a business. I can't exactly hop behind the counter and serve myself. Although, if I could, I probably would. My customer service is damn good. I'd bet half the people who complained about the rude service wouldn't even care if I handed them the same crappy donuts, because at least I'd treat them like customers instead of an interruption. Now for the food... I've purchased donuts here twice, and both visits were disappointing. Each time, about half the donuts didn't taste fresh. Some were soft, fluffy, and exactly what you'd expect from a good donut. Others were dry, brittle, and tasted like they'd been sitting there for way too long. I even bought the exact same type of donut and compared them side by side. The difference was obvious. One was fresh and one definitely wasn't. I mean, it's a donut. It's pretty hard to ruin one, but somehow this place managed to pull it off. Their donuts are barely palatable. Even worse, they all look different but somehow taste exactly the same. There's almost no flavor in the donut itself, just a heavy coat of sugary glaze trying to do all the work. I felt like I needed a chaser of Listerine after eating these horrible donuts. Overall, this joint sucks. It probably survives because it's the closest donut shop in the neighborhood, not because it's the best. Or maybe some of the regulars have never had a truly fresh donut and wouldn't know a good one if it slapped them in the face. Either way, this place has zero consistency. They don't seem to throw out the day-old donuts. They just keep selling them. Save your money and drive a little farther for a donut that's actually fresh. Went in today and HOLY CRAP $36 for a medium boba and a dozen donuts WTH ‍ ! They didn't even do the bakers dozen ! This little shop has the best breakfast croissants sandwiches. Clean fast place in and out. Service can be a hit and miss. However they always try their best. The language barrier can make it seem like they come off rude. However once they understand your need they are very polite and friendly. read more

Unfortunately things have changed over the years. I came here today for a dozen donuts and was charged 30 dollars. I was told after we'd picked our dozen that all of them were specialty donuts except two. One would think when requesting a dozen it would be clear that we want the dozen for the price listed and would be advised that some cost more. Two of our donuts were a little larger and I expected maybe to have to pay .50 cents or a dollar more for those but ten dollars more when the other donuts were regular sized and had Christmas themed sprinkles instead of regular? I wasn't going to put them all back and have my kids pick all different donuts, so paid anyway but felt extremely ripped off. Got helped by one of the ladies today and they had no excitement and didn't greet me when i walked up too order. I asked for 2 jalapeño ham & cheese croissants. I wanted one of them warmed up and she says "they stay warm". I go too my car and realize its not that warm . Almost cold. I then realized they didn't even have jalapeños!!! I drove past the exit for my usual donut place, so I stopped in here instead. To my delight they had a Tiger's Tail, my all time favorite donut, which my usual place stopped carrying years ago. I also got my husband his pick of apple fritter, then some more donuts to make a half dozen total. (How cute is this heart donut for Valentine's Day!? I had to have it LOL) All told my cost was $14 which I find quite reasonable since I had two specialty donuts in there - not pictured because they were so delicious they got inhaled haha. The best part? When I opened the box at home, I saw four donut holes the woman behind the counter had added in there for free! Lovely gesture. I was on my way home from Apple Valley and decided to stop by the 7-Eleven to get some snacks. I spotted this donut shop and saw that they had more than just donuts so I decided to check it out. Just as I thought they had a variety of things like breakfast sandwiches, boba tea, regular deli sandwiches, and of course donuts. I believe that place is owned and ran by a family. I took a look around at their menu and my eyes were set on their tuna croissant sandwich(spoiler, it was delicious). It took a while for me to be attended although there was a lady walking back and forth behind the register doing what seemed to be inventory. The cook would come back and forth from the back to the front putting out new batches of sweet bread. I was starting to believe I was invisible until another young worker came out to the front and took my order. She was very friendly and attentive. I ordered my sandwich and within 5 minutes it was ready, talk about fast service. I really enjoyed this place and would definitely come back if ever I'm in town to try out other things from their menu to include their boba tea. read more

Me and my family have been coming ever since we moved up here two years ago. The older woman behind the counter knows us well, she's as sweet as the donuts themselves! Every time we come here she sparks up a conversation with us, she's just so adorable! This is another run-of-the-mill donut shop selling all the usual suspects with the addition of ice cream, smoothies, iced coffees, and breakfast sandwiches. The donuts here are standard and again run-of-the-mill, which isn't a bad thing, I love standard and non-fussy donuts. They have a variety of fruit smoothies and iced coffees which are divine! I have yet to try the sandwiches and the ice cream. Prices here are on par with other donut hole-in-the-wall places, see what I did there? Keep this on the down low, but if you come here during later hours and if the cute older woman I mentioned earlier is behind the counter, she might give you extra donuts for free. If I could give this place negative stars I would! The food and donuts are ok but the service is God awful! Would rather drive to Mimi's up the street and be met with smiling faces. Every time I've gone here the women working there seem absolutely miserable, like they hate their job and life. I should have reviewed Manna ages ago. Firstly, the proprietors are some of the best people in town. We have gotten to know them and since we offer a proper Cambodian greeting when entering, have become friends :) The sandwiches, beverages, and of course, doughnuts are all wonderful. The dough is tender and fillings on our favorite (lemon-filled) are always generous. I am a fan of plain cake, which are often bland, but not at Manna. There are a few other doughnut shops in the area, but we always wait and go to Manna. It is in our neighborhood, which is a bonus! read more
