They are pretty much consistent as far as your drinks will always taste the same each time you order it. My go-to favorite is the "Duet" Coffee Milk Tea with a topping of milk foam/cream. Delicious! It's so creamy with the addition of the milk foam. I was told that all of their milk teas use non-dairy substitutes, but if you don't wanna chance it, they also have soy, almond, and oatmilk. I once got oatmilk in my favorite drink and almost gagged, it was horrible, so choose at your own risk. Anyway, the inside is always clean, bright, with music playing but not too loud. The staff are always nice and helpful. On a busy day there may be a short wait, but those girls get it done timely. One thing I've noticed when I order a fruit tea, is that I guess depending on who makes the drink, the sweetness varies. Sometimes I get 100% sweetness and it's too sweet and other times it's just enough. Then times when I order 75% sweetness it has hardly any sweetness at all. So now I always get 100% sweetness with ice and just wait for the ice to melt a bit before drinking.
