Anyway, I love the staff so much I kept them as my dentist even when I moved to Calgary. Twice a year I would make the trip for my cleanings. Sometimes I had to make trips for fillings etc. Dr Pavlenko introduced me to fillings without freezing. I was super scared but was more scared of the freezing as my 1st cavity was filled just before he took over and I was frozen for almost 24 hours. He promised me if it hurt he would stop and freeze me how ever the "pain" was less painful than the pain I felt from the freezing. I have had all my subsequent filings freezing free. If I procreate I can't wait to bring my spawn here after they get their 1st fang too.

After much back and forth they agreed to redo it. Then Covid came and the office closed. I left messages that were not returned, and once they opened again, I repeatedly called only to have my messages again not returned. I could not wear the denture and had to resort to one that was 10 years old. I still have one more year beofore I qualify for new coverage, so needless to say I'm stuck and more than disappointed. This experience left me feeling disrespected and hurt. I believe everyone deserves equal and respectful treatment in a medical setting, regardless of their background. I did not realize I would have extra work between emails and telephone calls to get my trays with several delays therefore I am behind by 2 weeks and still have to wear old trays because she could not be bothered to send them out even with 16 days notice. This is now the third time this Iady has done this. I have not completed my treatment yet and hopefully the rest will be done in a timely matter. If you can get Invisalign treatment from another office that won't be obstructive to your treatment.

The location is in a great spot and the building is very clean and kept proper. The only complaint I would have is that I had to sit for quite awhile in the waiting room before my apointment. Dr Fedoretz was very kind though and made great conversation while I was getting my dental work done. Overall super happy with university dental. She organized all of my insurance coverage, even calling them to get more information. I thought I had just got her on a good day. Nope! When I went in for my appt she was there and was just as awesome as well as all the wonderful ladies behind the desk. Not to mention they have the newest and coolest massage chair I've ever been in! So that gives them a 5 start just for that! Once all the insurance was cleared up and I went in for my appt it continued to be extremely enjoyable and fun. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He makes sure you understands everything. Not only is the doctor so smart and great but Lori my hygenist was equally as amazing. I have bad anxiety about pain and they did absolutely everything I could have asked for to keep the experience as enjoyable as possible. This is absolutely my neq dental office from now on and my husband and I will also be taking out children there because it is just that great!! So happy I found them!
