I spent the entire day there and ended up leaving with a different vehicle. Shortly after, I called them and said that I did not want the new vehicle. I felt I was pushed into this, and it was not a good deal; I wanted my Audi back. They told me to come in on Monday. When I did, they falsely claimed that my vehicle had been sold. However, it was actually on their other lot, Pictures to prove $20,500.Additionally, I have had issues with loss of air in my tires since the purchase. I had to replace three tires; they would not fix. They could not believe someone sold a car like this. with multiple plugs. It's unbelievable what happened at LaFontaine. So not only did they steal my $6,00.00 from my Audi, sold me a car with old tires that had multiple plugs and did not care about my safety.

My Vehicle was due for an oil change with my vehicle service lite on from November 19th until the…read more28th of November. Mazda was able to get my vehicle in on the 29th of November. After my oil change, I left the dealership and went straight home. For the first time I smelled a bad smell after an oil change, but I thought it was because of a new air filter. Before I was all the way home another light came on, "Engine Malfunction". Since it was on a Friday I called the shop back right away, and was told it would be okay to drive over the weekend until I could get it back in on Monday. Monday when I took it back, I was told that a cap was left off on the top of my engine. This is not the first time I had issues when I left this dealership after an oil change. I had an oil change with them on May 1st, and again June 10 and they forgot to make sure all the work was done as well, bringing on lights after I left their shop. This is every time I left their business after oil changes I had to wonder if my car was safe to drive. After this last time, I began to question how much damage they are doing to my car. Call ahead for prices, or ask at the desk, BEFORE you pull the part. Unless you want to get a surprise after you've put in the work to pull the part. Usually the prices are about 25% higher in person. Make sure you call the local Kalamazoo number 345-1183, not the 800 number. The people on the 800 number will just have access to the online pricelist. The guys at Kzoo are looking at the same computer that is at the checkout, so no surprises. This is a textbook bait and switch tactic, but if you are aware of it you can decide for yourself if the parts are stil worth it, with no surprises. Usually it is worth it, but sometimes that 25% is just enough to tip the scales in favor of getting a brand new part elswhere, that you don't have to wrench, you can be sure it will work, will fit your vehicle, and you'll get a longer warranty. Whenever I mention to the cashier that the online price was lower he just says "Sorry, computer says. I can't change it" I don't understand why their Kzoo computer isn't the same as website. Nothing on the website says local prices may vary, or prices subject to change. Classic bait and switch. Recommended for selection, but beware of bait and switch prices.
