I was helping him through the process and it took us a solid 2 hours to get things done. However, I'd like to give credit to all the people we met throughout our experience. I'd like to mention the lady at the service desk for the ability to deal with frustrated costumers which comes due the nature of the work they do. She was helpful and calm throughout our conversation. I'd also like to mention Justin who was handling unlocking the Lot's gate for us. He was very professional and friendly and quite frankly a great person to talk to. He was able to relate to the frustration position we come from.
