Upper management is constantly talking bad about the RBTs and makes fun of them behind their backs. The staff is treated horribly, constantly. They will hire ANYONE, and that is why the turnover rate with employees is so high. The poor clients are put with people they don't know on a daily basis, behaviors among the clients are on the rise, these kids can feel the toxic environment. I am so sad to write this, but I am so glad I got out of this place. I have interviewed and toured many other ABA facilities, and MTC is by far the lowest on the totem pole. I would not recommend this company to anyone, employment or families looking for a trusting environment. Please do your research first.

If you get a good therapist they will constantly be leaving due to poor treatment & poor management(see glass door reviews). This inconsistency of changing therapist is extremely hard for an autistic child. Some people they hire I would not even hire to babysit my neurotypical child, much less be by autistic/ADHD child therapist. They billed our insurance as we saw the BCBA, but we were actually seeing the RBT. Just beware as we spent a few yrs hoping it would get better, but when we finally had 2 good therapist they quit do to poor treatment. They drug my son in the clinic one day, told me if we didn't let them he would not get better. He spiraled saying he wanted to die, so they called an ambulance instead of calling me. It cost me $2400 in total. All because he had a different therapist all the time, and Raquel the head of the clinic treated us like it was out fault. She is cold as ice.

During our phone conversations 800 miles apart, my dad expressed his genuine gratitude for the tender care and attention that every single member of the staff provided. My dad had a happy and successful stay. The PT and OT he received were excellent and if he ever had to go into a skilled facility again, this is where he would stay, hands down. My mother expressed her relief when she visited him and when she left at the end of the day. She knew he was being so well taken care of. Finding a quality rehab facility can be challenging as many of the reviews are negative posts. It's important that I share my family's excellent experience so that it may be easier for others to make a decision in their rehab facility search! They were friendly. My grandma looked like she had been bathed and hair brushed. When I would talk to my grandma with questions about things they would come over on their own an answer my question. I didn't even have to ask. They adhered to her diet restrictions. I only had one complaint and they addressed it before I was even able to complain and it didn't happen again. They had private showers in their room. The bathroom was kept clean. She had her own room. All the other patients were lovely.
