Being too lazy to drive to the Springs or Denver to get it fixed, I was just living with it. We had been at Shah's for lunch on a Saturday, when I noticed that Colorado Tire Auto Care, next door, had four German cars in the parking lot. I dropped in. Edward was at the service desk and convinced me that he could fix the problem. The long story short is that he did diagnose and fix the problem, and in record time. I am beyond elated. Vinnie, the GM, is to be commended as well. Obviously, his policy is to be straight with customers, and not gouge them. This business is a hidden gem.

Several people recommended Nordics, so I gave them a call to see if they could do an oil change and a transmission fluid service. They got me scheduled right away. I dropped my car off one morning, and later that afternoon they called to let me know that their supplier had delivered the wrong transmission fluid. Instead of cutting corners, they explained that Audi requires a very specific fluid and that they were not willing to install anything other than the correct one. They asked if I would be okay bringing the car back once the proper fluid arrived. That level of honesty and attention to detail really stood out to me. Unfortunately, a lot of shops may not have cared and would have just gone ahead with the wrong fluid. Nordics clearly puts doing the job right ahead of convenience. As soon as the correct fluid came in, they called me and completed the service without issue. This experience showed me that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a shop in Pueblo that you can trust--I highly recommend Nordics.
