This place is a joke. I happened to be in the area and by the excellent rating thought would be a great place for a simple and quick car wash. Instead: No pressure washer(so they just smothered the dirt on my car from a garden hose) No place to sit And after getting there at noon for 20 minutes nobody bothered to get working on my car and when asked that I had to leave in 40 minutes, my car was nowhere near being done an hour after. Note that they had no customers The final touch was the price of $30 for an incomplete basic vacuum and car wash that wasn't even communicated upfront. I would have saved myself the money and gotten a decent car wash elsewhere. Oh, did I mention they use vinegar to clean your windows? Just like your grandmother haha read more

Wife and mother-in-law drove car over to Ft. Lauderdale from Cape Coral for a vacation. After arriving, an infestation of spiders hatched inside the car. We took the car to Manny. Manny is a nice guy but I couldn't say the same about the work quality of his employees. I took my car there and while from far away the job looks alright...you can tell it was far from being "detailed". Manny told me that the interior detail included conditioning of upholstery (seats), he left early and I was left to the word of the kind of lazy employees. They tried to sell me on the fact that "conditioning" meant only the dashboard trimmings...which nobody in their right mind would try to pass that off as "conditioning". And then I went around checking the car, and the guys missed the trunk completely. It wasn't even vacuumed, let alone conditioned. They only got half of the front dash, and you could still see all the dust and gunk on the leading edge of the dash where the windshield vents are. And the car wash was totally half assed, and you can still see the residue marks from where the wiper blades squeegeed. I still tipped the two workers but definitely would not come back again. read more

Manny and his team have such an amazing work ethic. These guys punch some serious hours in! I spoke with him a couple of hours before he could get me in on a busy busy Saturday. Our Toyota Prius was in bad shape, as in, we bought it off a couple with 2 kids, milk stains, stunk like vomit. Paid $200 for full detail and they barely cleaned the backseats and destroyed leather upholstery on one of the seats. When I asked them what happened to the seat, they told me that the seat was improperly coated with some conditioner..., when what in fact happened is that they used improper chemicals to clean the leather. read more

Picked up a rental car that was super dirty. In the middle of the coronavirus, Manny picked up the phone immediately and was super transparent with pricing and what was available for us. Excellent service. My car seriously looks brand new, I can't even believe what a great job they did considering how quickly it was finished! I also got an amazing deal through Groupon, but I'd easily pay full price for their services considering what a great job they did. Manny did a very nice job detailing my white car. The last car wash I got was more than 8 months ago so it was seriously overdue. Manny worked with a partner and together they removed scuff marks on my car's exterior that I have never been able to remove myself - nor has any other car detailing place. My car was thoroughly vacuumed including the hatchback area. This was quite a mess since my car hadn't been vacuumed since my last car wash. Everything was cleaned on the interior including inside the enclosed cup holder - they opened up the top part and cleaned out where my drinks sit. Nice! No one has every cleaned in there before because it has a lid that closes. They really took their time to clean everything. I am really happy at how my car looks now. Note that the cars are all detailed under a white tent structure so there is no customer lounge area or wifi. It would be best if you dropped your car off and picked it up later. There is a bar within walking distance but I didn't want to go there so I just waited with my car at Manny's. I'll have Manny detail my car again in the future. read more

Finally went to see Manny today and I am very glad I did. First of all he is a 1st class gentleman when he was talking to me about using my products because people get ugly when you tell them you want them to use your products but he understood. Even though it's a Kia it has beautiful black paint with gold flake in it and when it shines it's gorgeous and I have kept it well maintained. I wanted him to use Meguiar's black car paste wax and then seal it with Megs NXT 2.0 which made the paint look and feel like glass and take out 95% of the micro swirls and spider webbing. I was very pleased and that doesn't happen easily when it comes to my car paint LOL. I used to detail show cars so I know what can be done if someone wants to. I highly recommend him for all your car detailing needs. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !! I own a BMW and left it with Manny for 2 hours. When I checked my tires the BMW valve caps were replaced by plastic caps. I cannot 100 % prove it was him.
