DO NOT GO TO AL'S SHOE REPAIR! I gave Al 3 pairs of shoes to resole. He gave me ONE ticket for all…read morethree shoes. I go back to get them and he only gave me one pair of shoes telling me he gave me a ticket for each shoe which had he done that I would have given him all three. After finally convincing him that I did not have three tickets he went back to find the other two pair of shoes and told me they were missing. I argued with him and he finally let me go back and search all of the shoes and I found the two pairs that he said were "missing". Not learning my lesson then I went back to have straps on sandals fixed. Not only did he NOT fix them correctly, he was confused and didn't understand what was to be done. I had my husband go with me to explain and he STILL did it wrong! I spent a lot of time trying to explain what was to be done and ended up leaving with my sandals minus the straps since he lost those on me. I would never ever ever go to Al again and I refuse to recommend him to anyone.
