When I asked about it, I was assured smoking is not allowed inside the facility. So, either someone broke the rules or someone's stuff was producing third hand smoke. I only know this because I took my car to get a regular check up at my local Toyota dealer, and they informed me that the parts were in fact, not Toyota that were replaced. Not to mention, there was a huge fiasco with an employee leaving that was working on my car, which significantly increased the time it took to fix the car. Two weeks turned into four weeks, every code under the books is popping up, and I need to get my car fixed at Toyota now.

There are other people that were there with me that saw the interaction with him and his rude demeanor. Even referred to one of my friends who is black as those people. I would never ever rent from this place again. The people that they hire are rude, ignorant, and racist. This company really should do a better job of hiring people.
