They never make me feel like an inconvenience when I need to drop off my car unexpectedly. Josh consistently provides outstanding customer service. He is knowledgeable, honest, and always takes the time to explain what is needed without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. Whether it's a state inspection, oil change, brakes, or other maintenance, I trust his recommendations completely. Dano is also always positive, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I then drove into this tire shop at 6:15 p.m. I asked the attendant if they can repair my tire. She said they were closed, but maybe they would be able to help me. The manager said it would be no problem. Ten minutes later I was on my way. Tire repaired! Additionally the personnel I encountered at Mavis Tire was a breath of fresh air. They went the extra mile to please all their customers as I noticed other patrons thanking the staff for a job done well.

He proceeded to help me put the tire back and make sure it was ok to drive on. He stayed late when he didn't have to and did not charge me for the service, he wouldn't even accept money after I tried to still pay him. He didn't have to stay late or choose to help me when he could've been on his way home. The owner chose to be kind, chose to help me and I greatly appreciate it. In a world full of too many options, pick the companies that are kind and willing to help you when you need it most.

At Mavis they check out the new tires they put on and one was put on backwards. A place the specializes in tires does this? I call and guy has an attitude rather than apology. Says he had a bad pressure gauge but guess no follow up on cars that could have been impacted and how does a tire place put a tire on the wrong way??? Ill never go back here not only because of the screw up but the lack of concern and excuses when i called to review the issue

I had all 4 brakes and tires replaced on my car. The work took a really long time and was done…read morepoorly. 1st problem- one of the tires wasn't balanced properly and the car shook bad over 50mph. Had to bring it back to have the one tire rebalanced 2nd problem 2nd problem- the brakes squeaked terribly during slowing and stopping below 25mph. I brought the car back and explained the problem. It took them the entire day to check out the car and they told me there were no issues. I told them that was not satisfactory and that I wanted the brakes replaced under warranty. They agreed and said that I needed to leave my car another day and that it would be done "first thing next morning". They kept my car for the entire next day and said they replaced the rotors and pads under warranty. Guess what? The supposedly new brakes also squeal horribly and were probably not fixed. So all in all, my car spent a total of 4 days in this shop and it took 3 visits have a simple tire and brake job done which is still not done properly. This places does shoddy work, is really slow and bad at communicating with their customers. The shop and waiting room is a completely run down and dirty dump of a place. I will NEVER go back here and I wouldn't recommend anyone go here. I wish I could give negative stars.

Made an appointment ahead of time with a well known nearby tire place (I won't mention the name but it's on 25A in Mount Sinai) and once I was there, I was told I'd have to wait to have the tire inspected. I left since I didn't have the time to wait. I pulled into T&S Auto hoping they could help me on the spot. The guy checked it out immediately and was able resolve the cause of the flat tire. Charged me only a few bucks! Next time I have any issues with my car, I'll definitely go there again. Friendly, honest, reasonable!
