I inquired whether they had Tesla lift pads, as I had them to provide if they didn't. He responded "why would YOU need to know that, this isn't my first rodeo". I should have took the hint and left at this point. As I'm standing there, he asks the other worker what's next and begins complaining about another customers diesel inspection. Then brazenly to my face says "and then this piece of sh** $10 inspection". At this point, it was obviously time to leave. As I'm walking out the door he says "good, get the fu** out of here". This man is clearly a deranged individual. He acts like he's doing you a favor while disrespecting his customers right to their face. The best part is he wants you to sit there and take it. Well I know your type and I wont (and didn't) stand for it. We exchanged words until a customer had to look at me and say "hey man, just go". To which I took his advice. If you want to be disrespected and cursed out then Rapid is the place for you. I would implore you to stay far away from this place.

Walked in last Wednesday and made an appointment for this morning at 8:15. My car needed an…read moreinspection, an oil change and for the brakes to be checked out (my brake sensor had been blinking for a couple of weeks). I dropped my car off in the morning before work. Around 9:00 I had gotten a call from the shop stating my brake fluid was low and brakes should be done soon, and that they would text me with any updates. About an hour and a half later I received a text that my car was ready. I was ecstatic. Most of the time shops see a woman come in and try to tell them they need all this work and parts, etc. They were honest, friendly and the price was very reasonable! I came here because the front of the roof on my Fiat 500 had unsightly peeling paint all over it. I sent photos of the issue to several local body shops and Adrian from Impact Auto Body responded quickly with an incredibly courteous and informative message. I brought my vehicle I for a 10-minute consultation, during which time Adrian assessed the issue, explained what he would do to fix it, and gave me a price and finish date for the work. The job took 2-3 days and now my car's roof looks brand new!! While Adrian and his crew did an amazing job, what really convinced me to refer this place to my friends was the amazing customer service. They offered me a ride to work when I dropped off my card, returned my car washed, detailed the inside for me, guaranteed their work for the life of my car, and were generally kind and thoughtful humans every single time I spoke with them! They also do custom work for skateboards, longboards, and pretty much anything else you can think of that would need an aesthetic boost! Come here, these people will treat you with kindness while making whatever you drop off look amazing!

I saw an ad on a prescription pharmacy bag for Impact Auto Body and thought "what the heck". I stopped by and spoke to the new owner of the business. He was extremely friendly, soft spoken and pleasant to talk to. He quoted a price that was very competitive and I wanted to give this young man my business. I was not disappointed. He took the car within a just a few days of giving my quote and returned it a few days later, all fixed, and the car was cleaned inside and out. I'm very happy and will tell all my friends and family that if they are unfortunate to need auto body repair to go see Adrian at Impact Auto Body. From the time I walked in the door everything was handled unprofessionally. The girl sitting behind the front desk was extremely rude and sitting on her cell phone. Not to mention her pants were unbuttoned like she was lounging at home with her foot on the desk. When I asked to speak with the owner I was given an attitude & a loud sigh as she reluctantly put her phone down and went to get him. Once the owner came up to speak with me, he seemed to have no idea of the situation I was speaking about, you would have thought I was speaking another language. He immediately ushered me off to speak with who I assume is the shop manager & walked away. This man was immediately on the defense Leaving me little room to voice my concern. I almost felt as if he tried to intimidate me out of my complaints (which he barely let me explain). After feeling Disregarded and unheard I walked out & felt the need to warn the Public about using such a poorly run business.
