My Arab side felt so seen. From the fayruz on the walls and Lebanese ambiance I fell in love. Their sandwiches were bomb and I really felt at home. We also got our food super quick which was so cool. They also offer student discounts and a rewards program. 10/10 would recommend.

I was a big fan of the location in the Village which has since closed, but luckily this location is thriving (and has a way bigger menu). Came for lunch with a friend on a weekday and there was no wait. We went with the Cocktail (half zataar and half jibneh) and Lahem bi ajine. Definitely recommend the cocktail so you can try more flavors. That one was the better of the two overall. Ashta soft serve was also perfect! Friendly service, too.

We were heading to Trader Joe's on a rainy day to do some grocery shopping, but we hadn't eaten yet and didn't want to shop hungry, so we stopped into Manousheh Grand to check them out & now they are our new favorite eatery. We ordered a zaatar & jibneh manousheh which is like a flatbread - but tastes so much better than a flatbread - bc the dough is more delicate and becomes one with the toppings. Ahh, the toppings. The zaatar was such a perfect blend and you get your choice of cheeses, we chose akkawi, which had a briny wonderful flavor that went so well with the sesame seeds and thyme. For dessert, we got ashta, which is a clotted cream they make in house with orange blossom water and rosewater with honey and a maamoul/cahk cookie with a walnut filling and powdered sugar on top, which was my dad's favorite type of cookie and I almost cried when I took a bite into it, bc I was wishing I could bring him some to try. The ashta was my son's favorite and had such a delicious consistency. We can't wait to go back and try so many of their other savory and sweet treats. Oh, I forgot to mention, there was plenty of seating, the restaurant was very clean, and even though they had a steady stream of customers, they were on top of it, and everyone was super friendly.

Interesting food to try and very fresh with herbs. It felt a bit dry to me it was pretty enjoyable. I thought the portion size was a little small for the price but a good casual bite overall

    Very little falafel.

I use to love this place. But my recent falafel order was extremely disappointing. Very little to no falafel. I know this is supposed to be a "smashed" falafel but literally nothing. This was delivery and I will not order from them again

Great value for money for food that is reminiscent of the Lebanese "street-food" I've grown up having from bakeries in Dubai. The pita/lavash bread is crispy and a perfect vehicle for the toppings of which we got Za'atar and Meat. The order comes straight out of a wood/coal fired oven and is a fresh, nourishing treat with fabulous Middle-Eastern aromas and flavors. Intrigued by my first time experience and can see myself returning to try more- like their Chicken Shawarma sort of wrap next.

The food and service are nearly unbeatable. The first time I tried Manousheh Grand, I came for happy hour and got a mini kishek manousheh and the fatayer in a 2-for-1 deal for just $3. They truly hit the spot--and even my toddler was a fan! The second time, I dragged my husband so I could try more dishes. We ordered two large manoushehs--the sujuk bi ajine, which has beef sausage, tomato, garlic, onion, and red wine, as well as cheese (they were nice enough to give me half akkawi and kashkawan). Both were incredibly delicious and substantial. They definitely do not skimp on the filling if you order the large ones. In addition, we got the ashta merry cream. This was so heavenly and had the perfect balance in the rosewater flavor. It was a fine finish to a wonderful meal. The service is so warm and kind. The manoushehs are made fresh to order, but are well worth the wait. The interior is also lovely with ample seating indoors and outdoors. Best to go with one or more people to try more items on the diverse menu.

This place is just awesome! The food is amazing! Very tasty! Never disappoints every other time I come in. The Arabic music is definitely a big plus! (Love when they play the oldies ;-) ) The service is also very good. They are always very welcoming and answer questions about the menu whenever needed.

If your willing to try sinething different and explore your taste buds then by all means come here! This was the first time I've ever tried Lebanese food in my life and I'm so happy I did. The food is just different in a good way. The interior of this place is very clean. It's the type of place where you walk in, order one thing, and spend a couple hours there lol. That's the vibe I got when I went inside. They also have outdoor dining. You order your food at the register and it's brought to you if your dining in. The people are nice and they're very helpful especially if your a first timer and don't know what to get. The food was DELICIOUS and I like that you can serve yourself water there. I ended up spending only about $14 after tax at this place.

I'm absolutely obsessed with Manousheh - you have to come here if you're a fan of Mediterranean flavors and looking for Lebanese food. The cocktail monousheh was delicious. Super filling especially paired with different dips. I got a side of the hummus, labneh, and muhammara. All 100% needed since it provided the Manousheh some moisture and added flavor. Don't skip out on the sides! They make the Manousheh.

The most delicious breakfast we had in NYC!!! The bread is all made in house, super fresh! Wish I could come back everyday!

Hi there! Is this menu fully zabihah/halal?

We purchase only halal meats, but we also serve beer, wine and liquor. Our sujuk is also marinated in wine, but cooked off. The chicken, kafta, and lahem bi ajine are all 100% halal.

It was a little hard to hear and converse at times as it gets crowded, but the food was delicious and there are really unique items on the menu. Food: The duck shawarma was one of our favorites! The lamb and scallops were also flavorful and tender. The dips were delicious with the pita, but I wish the serving size for the dips were bigger. The fries were great - well seasoned! Also recommend the milky pudding, it was a nice refreshing way to end the dinner. Service: Our server was super helpful in letting us know what items are more shareable and his suggestions for cocktails. Definitely try some of the arak based cocktails. Vibe: Gorgeous interior, the mirrors and lighting really elevates the space and makes it a lovely spot for group dinners or dates.

We were lead upstairs to a table. There were 7 of us The seating was cozy but not cramped. We started with 7 family style small dishes: Hummus with Falafel Pops (chickpea purée, tahini, falafel, olive oil), Spring Burrata (roasted cherry tomatoes, toast, basil oil), Hamachi Crudo (passionfruit vinaigrette, citrus zest, cucumber, mint, sesame tuile), Scallops (carrot puree, serrano pepper, brown butter sauce), Tenderloin Skewer (zaatar chimichurri, fresh herb salad), and Shiitake Stuffed Grape Leaves (tomato coulis, yogurt foam, herbs). Everything was delicious. The hummus was well seasoned the falafel had a nice crunch. It went well with the warm puffy gyro bread that came to the table. The burrata was wasm and creamy. I love the vinaigrette on the fish. I ended up eating most of it. The scallops were the sweetest, most tender ones I have ever had. The tenderloin skewers were tender and well seasoned. I liked the grape leaves but the rice consistency was very soft almost mushy and you can barely tell there were mushrooms. There was barely any mushrooms flavor. Next we all chose an entree. I got the duck breast, my husband and daughter each had the beef tenderloin. The duck breast was smaller than i expected. The skin was nicely seared and very crispy but boy did it give my jaw a workout. It was done medium rare. It was juicy but tough. The small beef tenderloin was tender and smoky. The waiter poured the sauce over the tenderloin for added flavor. Finally dessert was a fruit plate with ice cream and pudding. The fruit was fresh and the flavors of the ice cream and pudding unique. It was a nice end to a good brunch. The price was a little expensive at $85 a person.

Great for groups of all sizes, reservations suggested but on this weekday visit, it was not too busy. We had a resy any way. Service was fair. Our waiter checked in with us once after we ordered and we had to beckon him twice - once for water refill and second for condiments/questions. What I didn't appreciate but understood, since we were two people dining, we got a corner table for two. It was not busy so we asked for the table next to us since we ordered plenty. They did not accommodate us saying they may need it for later. I did not think that was necessary since the place was not busy. This was 6pm on a Wednesday. And to boot, huge dining room - plenty of seating available. This was off putting as we said we ordered plenty. Our plates barely fit and they brought everything almost at once. Onto the food, I may not have ordered their popular dishes but nevertheless, nothing to rave about. Portions were shareable but it was just okay. There was not one stand out dish. I had higher expectations based on other reviews and photos but it was likely what we ordered. This was a vegetarian meal for me since I was dining with a vegetarian. - Moussakaa, this was a very tomato based sauce dish. Fried eggplant and chick peas combined had a nice texture. Mild flavors. - Arayess cheese - sorely disappointed. Very little flavor and I love my cheeses. It needed something to make it more appealing. It literally looked like cheese in a pita. And yes, by description it was. No condiments or side of anything to offset the plating. Visually flat. It could've used a sun dried tomato paste or some acidic side dipping sauce. - Yara Fries - shockingly simple, zaatar and spices. But they didn't put enough. It still looked like regular fries. And by the name, I expected more punch of flavor. It was not there. - Falafel - tricky dish if it's not cooked well. Simple again by name but the ingredients were just mild in flavor. Crunch was perfect. The chickpea, onions, cilantro and garlic was not pronounced. It was ok. Not memorable. - House wine, by the glass, decent and went well with what we ate. Would I return is the question... Likely not. The menu was so promising but nothing to bring me back.

The seating area is fairly small, which surprised me. We ordered the crispy garlic rice, the Piri Piri chicken sandwich, and the famous knefeh and chicken pancake. The server was so nice, she offered us a sample of the seasonal lemonade, which had rose water and turmeric. It did take a little bit of time for all the food to come out. We chit-chatted while we shared the garlic rice (a little crunchy, very mild) and the chicken sandwich. The PiriPiri sandwich came with a huge piece of fried chicken that was spiced and fried well. The chicken was juicy and not super dry. The little bit of pickled cabbage helped keep things from becoming too greasy. After a bit of wait, the pancake was served. It was such a fun experience with the crunchy kadayif noodles and the cheese hidden underneath a super fluffy pancake. The salty and cheesy flavors of the pancake went well with the rose maple syrup. The spice from the chicken added another note to the dish that made it such a great combo of flavor. I could not stop picking at this huge pancake. It's definitely meant to be eaten by at least two, if not three. If we had known, we probably wouldn't have ordered the other chicken sandwich. Overall the contrast in the chicken and knafeh pancake alone was enough to want me to visit again. The textural crunch, the melted pull of the cheese, the sweet syrup against salty and spicy flavors of the chicken. Not only was the whole presentation beautiful, but the dish itself tasted amazing. I would visit Hen House again for the experience.
