I needed full demo of the back part of my home, a rat wall on the exterior wall, waterproofing, regrading, and reconstruction (insulation, drywall, paint, floors, etc.). I reached out and gathered estimates from more than 15 places in the area. Every other contractor didn't seem to grasp the complexities of the work I was trying to get quoted, but I could tell James completely understood and listened to me. His price was also very fair. He made the whole process straightforward. When a couple unexpected problems came up, he explained the situation to me and provided me with fair options. I am extremely happy with the level of quality and craftsmanship that Morpho Carpentry provided. I will absolutely work with James for my future home projects.

Also, the estimator (whom I believe was the owner's son) was very kind and available to answer all our questions, without any condescension or indifference. After the install, which took about 1-1/2 days, there were a few items I had mentioned that were overlooked, and when I contacted the owner, instead of being met with indignation (as I expected), I was met with compassion and understanding. The items were remedied within a few days. Everything looks great! No more leaking roof. -------------------------------------- On a side note, my neighbor (weeks later) said she saw many nails in her driveway, and when she said something to the workers, they were really rude. She said the next day there were food rappers and more nails in her yard/driveway, and said she ended up with a roof nail in her tire with a flat. I emphatically apologized to her but there wasn't much more I could do. I also later found 2 cigarettes (one smoked and the other whole) in my attic, and have found nails here and there for weeks now. For these last few reasons, I could not offer a 5-star rating, and almost put 3 stars, but 3 would not be indicative of the overall quality, which is more important to me from a roofer than attitude--though if everyone had an attitude similar to the owner's son, 5 stars would be an easy rank. Overall, the experience was good, but not great, though I would recommend them over others. I would only advise that every detail be written down, and that the owners have a little more oversight on their daily crews, just for quality (and attitude) control.

Four weeks after the quote and we still had no communication with this company unless we called ourselves, and even then we got the voicemail 9 times out of 10. When someone did answer, they gave us a new excuse every time. Apparently our job wasn't worth the money, and instead of canceling on us or keeping their word they just ghosted us. Our roof could've been fixed much sooner with the company we actually went with in the end and it would've prevented further damage. Shame on these guys.

We were very impressed with their showroom and just walking into it gave me great inspiration and choices that helped me put it all together. We live in a two story Colonial which is decorated in the country theme. I wanted that same look as well for the new bathroom. Mike was a great help in making suggestions and bringing ideas to my attention. A pleasant surprise to me as I can surely be a normal female who thinks she has done all her homework on decorating! Mike was outstanding in his communication on the progress being done, any wait time on the choices we made, or just a simple check in to see how we were liking the choices we made, from the very beginning, right to the end of the job, we really appreciated that Mike! The area around the bathroom was prepped with a plastic wall to keep the dust from seeping into the bedrooms, plastic on the stairs and our front entrance foyer, was covered for protection with the outmost respect for our home. The crew lead by James and included Steve, Lyle and many other workers whose names I don't recall. These guys were just the best, polite, cheerful, always answered our questions with great knowledge, always on time, and if they were going to be late never failed to call us. All the choices I selected turned out to be winners and we couldn't be happier!! We highly recommend Kret, they are the real deal, the workers are a real asset, their products are excellent quality. For the choices we went with, the challenges they experienced and at times the hard work they did, the cost of our renovation was well worth it, before calling it a day their mess was always cleaned up, what more could we have asked for!!! Mark was so informative and gave us a lot of information about all the different types of countertop options. The quote we got was very reasonable, and they threw in a new sink for free. We eventually picked a quartzite countertop and set everything up to have Primo's guys come out about 2 weeks later to install them. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would and got right to work. The entire process took them about 4 hours, including removing the old countertops. Primo and Mark were both so nice and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Primo's to anyone who was looking to replace countertops!
