But last week I went my regular stylist couldn't do it bc my paycheck wouldn't line up. I had a job interview coming up and needed it done. So he recommended another stylist who did a horrible just horrible job. Color is very wrong. I just wanted a trim but I got something weird. I got my eyebrows waxed and she burned my eyelids bad. I didnt want to make a scene I called my regular stylist when I got home and told him. He DID NOT CARE. He argued with me my eyelids and scalp were burning. He was rude and very illegally and ignorantly question my antidepressants. I was shocked. He was my stylist for 5 years. And instead of being kind they refused to refund me any money. Even after I sent a picture if my eye lids. Im planning on suing them. Im so heartbroken that my stylist who I liked so much was so horrible. It is illegal to throw a customers antidepressants in their face. When I had never ever complained before. My eye lids hurt so much. I saw a friend the next day and she grabbed my phone and took a picture.​

Totally unacceptable!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I strongly disagree. You didn't even bother to call me to find out exactly what happened. Did she show you the photos of the botched color job? Did she bother to show you the photo that I sent to her in a text so she could consult with you? She also said to me that you were on vacation and absolutely no idea when you were going to return. So what were my options? Go around with a hideous hair color job? As a salon owner you should have called me instead of letting me twist in the wind with crappy hair color. First she said I could wait an hour till her next client was done. At first I said I don't have the time. Then she said that I could meet her at the TR location and she would do it there. So when I said let me call my husband to see if we could rearrange our scheduling for later THAT day. She said I don't know how to fix it and I need to talk to my boss before I can fix it. Also, I did schedule with someone else and you called me to say that she wasn't available and I could meet with one of two stylist. I chose Hannah because you said she was available and excellent and had been there for 3 years. Now to the being rude, I don't know what they told you but all I asked was "Why are you crying". If that is being rude, I don't comprehend. I was kind to her and did not make a scene which I would have been justified in doing. Still, she screws up my hair, then tells me her next client is waiting. I said "So exactly what are you telling me"? That's when the crying started. This behavior is totally unacceptable and you as a salon owner need to get the story straight before blaming a client instead of an incompetent hair dresser with emotional problems. You're just enabling it. You should be ashamed! I cannot believe that you would allow this type of treatment to your clients. Further more you allow this behavior by justifying a wrong and not finding out what REALLY happened.
