No. Screen shot for proof. Draw what conclusions you will. Original Review and Comment on Response: I had two appointments with Julie LaCroix several years ago. I ultimately thought the sessions were a waste of time and (quite a lot of) money. She decided my skill set made me a particularly good fit for a specific type of job, and she disregarded my repeated protests that the job in question went against my moral values. She made up her mind and was incapable of hearing anything that didn't align with her first (somewhat arbitrary seeming) idea. She ended our last session by throwing together a ridiculous, typo-ridden resume in a couple minutes targeted at a position I had made clear I would not apply for. (Since that time I finished my graduate degree and am working in a suitable career.) After our second meeting, I was ready to move on and not give career therapists another thought. I have not had that luxury, however, since Julie LaCroix has spammed me and stalked me on social media ever since. Every couple years, I get re-added to her email list which I have never given her permission to put me on, and she has not responded to messages asking her to desist. She also periodically tries to connect with me on social media (she is undeterred by my refusal to connect with her, and, again, does not respond to messages asking her to desist in contacting me). I understand that she thinks networking will help grow her business. I don't understand why she thinks harassing people and ignoring them when they object would be beneficial to anyone. Given her systematic abuse of my personal information, however, I am no longer surprised that she could not process my objection to an unethical career. **Regarding Response** Notice the non-denial regarding the abusive email practices I describe. Also note the absence of a statement that she would address this matter and make sure I am not re-added to her list again in the future. The rest is a matter of he-said-she-said, but why, after 11 years, would I have reason to think of her--much less make random false claims in a review? I would encourage her to check her email (julie@julielacroix.com) to see that I have, in fact, contacted her multiple time over the past 11 years to ask that she stop re-adding me to her spam list. She has also found me years after using her (dis)services and tried to get me to engage with her professional profiles on Facebook and Instagram over the years. The dishonesty/lack of integrity in her response here is appalling.

She doesn't teach by showing you and walking away. She has you do it on the spot, getting every little to-do out of your head, onto paper, then scheduled on the calendar. The relief you feel when you know that you won't forget something important is unreal. I've tried a million different ways to keep track of things, methods for doing certain things on certain days, etc... none of that works. Life is always in flux and her system lets you embrace that. It also doesn't hurt that Sara is super funny, down to earth, and a living breathing organizing Mary Poppins. I've had a little taste of her physical organizing services and convinced they are just as amazing as her calendaring system. I live in a tiny space and run a business from it as well so it requires quite a bit of ingenuity. I'm looking forward to getting some of her help here with maximizing closet space etc... She's the best.

I even received a few "just checking in" emails which put my mind at ease knowing someone was there to help me if need be. For our wedding day, Cheryl and her assistant were prompt and prepared. I did have a few close friends and family members there to help them set everything up since I knew it would be a lot of work. I didn't have a chance to take a look at the venue before walking down the aisle, but I wasn't worried at all and let me tell you, I was not disappointed! Everything was beautiful and I'm still not entirely sure how she managed to get everything up, including the candy buffet they provided which I might add included Mexican candies my husband and I requested. After looking through it and other peoples experiences with customs, I decided it was best to hire a professional to avoid penalties and delays. Only one issue- my car was landing in 3 days. I reached out to referrals from friends and called several other brokers who had NO interest in helping me because it was such short notice (you can receive fines and delays if not done timely and correctly.) Until I called Emad- he had no hesitation and assured me with 100% confidence there would be NO issues. I was a little skeptical, it sounded too good to be true, especially after my previous conversations with experienced vehicle custom brokers. But I didn't have much of a choice and decided to proceed. Emad was on it, quick. He immediately requested the necessary docs and followed up with the next steps right after. Through each stage he kept me informed, and told me what to expect next. Several times he was messaging me and/or updating me with new documents well past 6PM. I did not expect this attentiveness and deliberate sense of urgency from anybody, let alone someone who I had no prior relationship with. I have heard horror stories of cars getting caught up in customs for MONTHS and clients having to pay exorbitant storage fees to the port. This guy got my car full customs clearance before the ship even landed at the port!!! This allowed me to book the appointment and pick up the car immediately after it was unloaded without any issues whatsoever. A+ experience, will use again and will always refer to people who ask.     This company is completely dishonest, and my experience with Kiran was appalling, to say the least…read more Don't be fooled by what Kiran promises when she gives you the quote. I've just filed a Yelp claim against this business because there's no point trying to resolve it with someone so unprofessional. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see a vicious comeback from Kiran for my review here! The company sent two workers to my home without notifying me that neither of them spoke English. This created serious communication barriers, and I had to rely on Google Translate just to give basic instructions. One worker appeared to be underage, and the other couldn't even read the simple Spanish instructions I showed her on my phone. They arrived an hour late with minimal tools--certainly not enough for the move-in cleaning I had requested. Instead of addressing the areas that actually needed attention, they wasted time cleaning spaces that were already clean. The older worker couldn't follow even the simplest directions, and I spent most of the time struggling to communicate through Google Translate. The service was nowhere near worth $90/hour. Honestly, how much do you think this business is paying these untrained workers who can't speak English? Do the workers even have work permits to protect themselves from exploitation? When I requested a discount due to their lateness, communication issues, and poor quality of service, Kiran flatly refused. But it didn't end there -- she turned it around immediately and made it seem like I was the problem. Her response, "English is not your first language either. You shouldn't judge people like that." What?? Apparently, paying for workers who can communicate with me and do the job right is too much to ask!! When I said I would leave an honest review, Kiran couldn't wait to insult me with "99% of our customers are smart. They will know you're a difficult customer." Wow! Never would have expected that from someone in customer service! She then complained that I had been texting her all day--when, in reality, she was the one who had to text me to let me know their workers were an hour late! Her text "And you have been texting me all day. I don't think he would've been happy anyways." Who's "he"? Seems Kiran was scared of him being unhappy, and that was her only concern. Their Yelp page is deceptive. They advertise using branded "Got It Maid" vehicles by making it the first picture, but the workers actually arrived in an Uber with no company uniforms and only a few equipment. This is definitely not what I expected from a professional service. This entire experience with Kiran has me questioning whether this business is involved in fraudulent activity or, at the very least, something unethical. Stay away from this business!
