I contacted Tiffany about a nanny for my children. She stated that the Nannies she has decide their own hourly rate which starts at $25. First of all I have a degree in child and adolescent development and have had some great jobs over the years and never made that much an hour so these Nannies better have masters degrees. She said this is starting wage even for a 25 year old who doesn't have as much experience. She also gave me false information saying that minimum wage is $18 in Orange County. It's not. It's currently $15.50. All other agencies and even care.com start at minimum wage and average is about $19 per hour according to Google with a high of $25. She wanted me to pay between 25-35 and hour. Now I'm assuming she does this because she takes a 12% fee so more money in her pocket but honestly just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they will be more honest. read more

First off, I have to say, the very few negative reviews on here are ridiculous! It's people that never even actually used the services...um, what? Someone complaining because of the wages a professional nanny charges, is ludicrous. Get a neighborhood kid to watch your child then. Don't go looking for an agency that is going to vet, interview, and provide you with a highly qualified candidate. Just because you don't make $25 in your job, doesn't mean a decent nanny wouldn't charge at least that. It blows my mind that someone would be allowed to leave such an absurd review because they simply can't be bothered to pay a decent wage. Crazy! Anyway, as someone who has ACTUALLY worked with Tiffany the past 3 years, I can say my experience has been wonderful! She helped me find a trustworthy and qualified housekeeper to tend to my house. Her service has been dependable and worthwhile; our housekeeper was vetted, interviewed, and came with referals from local families- that's a huge plus for me! I'm glad Tiffany takes the time to do her job well and that she is flexible with the needs of her client and the person taking on the job. Horrible experience. Beware. Do not use this one person show Tiffany. We had a very very bad experience with one of her so called newborn care specialists. As we understand these instances can happen and are partially out of her control, she failed to provide a replacement after multiple requests. Said she was at a funeral and forgot, then provided just one application and proceeded to say she was booked and she didn't have anyone else. Ridiculous. We quickly found a replacement from a more professional organization after giving her multiple chances to rectify the situation and find even just one interview or replacement. As a reasonable request we asked for a refund of her service fee of 10% of the salary that we did not even use. She refused to refund as well. DO NOT waste your time with her.
