A designer named Michelle (if I remember her name correctly) came to our home to take measurements. Our closets are unusually deep--about 25 inches--and I specifically emphasized that I wanted the full depth to be used. She assured me that wouldn't be a problem, so I trusted her. After approving the design, I signed the contract, assuming it reflected what we had discussed. Fortunately, I happened to review the plans again before installation and discovered that the shelves had been designed with a standard depth of only 8 inches instead of using the full depth of our custom closets. When I brought this to their attention, I expected them to correct what I believed was a clear misunderstanding. Instead, I was told that the materials had already been ordered and that 99% of their customers use standard-depth shelves. That completely misses the point--we hired them to build custom closets, not standard ones. We tried multiple times to work out a reasonable solution, but the company was unwilling to take responsibility or meaningfully discuss alternatives. Their communication was frustrating, and the customer service throughout the process was extremely disappointing. My advice is to review every single measurement and detail before signing anything, even if you've discussed everything in person. Don't assume the design reflects what was agreed upon. Based on my experience, this company did not deliver the level of customization or customer service I expected. This is a very shade company stay away.

These new racks are far superior in both quality installation. The new racks are heavy duty and supported by reinforced hardware. My garage may collapse in an earthquake but those racks will still be secured to the ceiling. Trevor and Ben were great to work with. Measurements were taken multiple times over a long scheduling delay, yet the installation still did not match the approved drawings. Cabinets installed in one room were incorrect and had to be removed and redone, causing further delays. Issues known before installation were not addressed and later treated as "change orders" instead of corrective work. Scheduling to fix problems was slow, and completion was conditioned on additional paperwork rather than compliance with the approved design. Most concerning was the willingness to rely on lien procedures while the work remained incomplete. Taking this approach on a ~$30,000 project is disarming. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company. Who puts a clothes rod over a water pipeline? Where's common sense?

After years and years of hanging on to "things" I never used, sold or donated and thus making our garage a messy, unsightly and unusable place, I changed my mindset, thanks to Ariane and Shannon and couldn't be happier AND healthier. It feels much better to live in the present than to hang on to things from my past. These are things I decided someone else could much better use and enjoy, and the adage, if you haven't used it in a year, you don't "need" it, is so true. Our garage now has useable totes and shelves and designated spaces for items we truly need and use for our home and life.
