When he had an allergic reaction, Mrs. Ana immediately work with us to figure out possible causes and make necessary changes to prevent it going forward. And usually, it take kids about to weeks to get used to a new routine and care provider. However, Ms. Ana works her magic because it took my son's about a week and now he look forward to going to school each day, especially Friday since it's Splashpad day. It's been over four months since his withdrawal, and we're still waiting on the $1,300 refund we were promised. We've followed up more times than I can count and keep getting told it's "being processed," but nothing ever actually happens. When you're paying what Guidepost charges, you expect more than surface-level kindness -- you expect accountability and integrity. Unfortunately, that's not what we've experienced. If you look at their Facebook page, you'll see other parents having the same refund issues, so we're clearly not alone in this. No one likes feeling taken advantage of, but that's exactly how this has felt. We're now preparing to get legal help just to get our money back, which is ridiculous. The local staff were friendly, though sometimes slow to respond, but the real problem seems to be how the organization handles things beyond the campus level. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Guidepost. The "niceness" only goes so far -- and once there's an issue, it becomes clear this isn't an organization that stands behind its word. For the price families pay, that's just not okay.

Our experience was pleasant, regardless the change of management or staff made recently. Our 20m old daughter took a month to get used to daycare and all was fine until her teacher was no longer there, so it took her a few weeks or so to get used to the new teacher and staff; then she made a friend and that made things better for everyone. What we liked about her going to this daycare was all the learning she got from here; she learned the numbers from 1-10 by herself, she learned so many words that impressed all the family. It's easier to communicate with her, and recently she's been starting with the potty training so at home we started to get all potty training together, we're simply thankful for making our child more independent. I believe tuition is great for anyone in a budget, it helped us a lot, besides food and snacks are included so it worked great for us.
