Not sure of the girls name that did my mani pedi. 2 weeks in and one nail broke near the cuticle and all the rest lifted . So when I wash my hair it gets stuck under the nails and pulls out my hair . I know they have many techs so I'll give them another shot but won't let that same girl come near my nails, shop was clean and everyone seems friendly

I needed my nails done to be sort of quickly since I was going to a special event after (that was the only time I had available to do them). I got dip and the guy who did my nails did them very nicely, they feel firm and good quality; they were affordable as well ($40)! He did them pretty quickly yet still very well. Also the women there were very sweet and they attended their customers very well (: Also, im glad that im able to celebrate Jesus the Savior of the world with them. To all those reading this I have to share the Good News w you (: God loves you so much and you are very valuable in His eyes (: He cares about you so much so that He sent His perfect Son to live a sinless life and then die just for you! And after that He rose from the dead thus He defeated death and hell forever; and so that ALL who believe in this Good News, confess Jesus as Lord, and turn away from their sins (that Jesus died for), could receive life in heaven! It's that easy! Without the birth of Jesus we could never be able to get to heaven or have real joy at all. Just had to share the Good News (: I hope that u receive this message bc He is the best Savior and Father ever and no matter how bad of a person u think you are He is powerful enough to change u, comfort you and to forgive you, even through his message (:

Nancy always gets me right! My vision always come true and my nails always last 3-4 weeks. Been coming to Nancy for years, she is so sweet and friendly! Absolutely love her! 10/10 recommend! Just look at the material....

Went in to get some a simple full set of short black almond shaped nails and I got a friendly greeting and was regularly checked on. Once seated they offer you a drink before they get to work on getting your nails picture perfect. Everyone is friendly and the spa is very peaceful and relaxing. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

I love coming here for my pedicures i recommend Eva! For a full set I recommend Nancy! She is amazing with her work, she's clean and professional the shape was amazing. Pricing is really reasonable.

Mani &Pedi, the quality, professionalism and white wine was top notch. I'm very happy with my results. I would definitely recommend Thai for nails and Alva for Pedicure. I will not be going anywhere else.

I'm not particularly jazzed about posting a picture of my toes on the internet, but I felt it would be selfish not share with everyone the stunning work I had done at this salon! The photos speak for themselves, do they not?

HORRIBLE! DONT GO! Made an appointment and don't even know why. I'm new to the area and it had good enough reviews I thought I would try it. First I sat for my appointment forever and no one even offered to show me the dip colors. I picked the color, dark brown, she brings out a purple I said uhhhhh that's not the color... she shrugged her shoulders. So obviously the samples don't match the powder AT ALL. So I say forget it (after going through 5 colors) just take this dip off and I'll do regular polish. So they then send a different lady to come take off my existing dip, she stops halfway through to go take someone's kid to the bathroom and never RETURNS! I had to ask uhhhh can I please get this dip off completely? No one ever came back and they told me to wait, needless to say I walked out LIVID, with half my dip off! DONT GO THERE!

They service is good but it hurts just a bit I love it so much they make good nails Thai t makes the best nails and yoh don't have to do appointments recommend this place there prices our I little much but they they the best job

I would like to start this review off by saying I had high hopes for the salon as there was 4 stars before my trip there today. However, There are so many things wrong with this place that I'm not even sure where to begin. 1st: Staff are not following social distancing rules, not wearing/enforcing masks, not limiting capacity and not sanitizing between customers. 2nd: Even though they should have limited capacity they still allowed 7 people to walk in with 3 customers in a salon already (Salon was full at this point) they couldn't even handle the numbers. They rushed me and my boyfriend through and then left us sitting with the hot towels and paraffin wax until it was cold, while moving onto other customers. Our hot rocks were barely even warm by the time they used them. 3rd: I asked for my toenails to be cut as short as possible 3 times and they were left long ! I asked for my nails to be short as well and they were cut into different shapes, some round and some square. My boyfriend even pointed it out to the manager again and she said they would fix it but all they did was add another coat of nail polish. I was so upset that I didn't even let them paint my toenails. I left with a clear coat. 4th: my boyfriend had the salon manager who switched to another customer after putting his paraffin wax and hot towels on. She did not change her gloves. Along with this the man in the salon and another lady were not wearing gloves or masks at all while working with multiple customers. Just a few other things to add on: -my boyfriend and I were not offered beverages until we were almost done with our service and we were only offered because they were offering to the larger party. -One of the women in the party of 7 asked for a special design for her nails and the woman doing her nails laughed and was looking around because she said she could not do it. -they were more worried about a larger party than who was in the salon first I would not recommend this place. There was no attention to details and low quality work.

I am currently visiting my dad for my birthday in Alvarado, Texas. I really wanted to get my nails done but was nervous to try out a new salon out of state. I did my research, read countless reviews and after 2 days I decided to go here. I called this morning to set up an appointment with Nancy. They were very helpful over the phone and I was able to go in an hour later. When I got to the salon I was greeted immediately by Thai who called for Nancy who was very friendly and attentive. I got my old acrylic set removed and got a new set. I was extremely happy to see they removed acrylic nails the CORRECT way by soaking my nails first and filing down the rest. I have NEVER gotten my acrylic nails removed the correct way back home, they always rip them off which is extremely painful and not to mention damaging to your nails and honestly super unprofessional!! I showed Nancy a picture of what I wanted with a couple of changes in shape and length and she definitely delivered. She was quick but precise. They came out gorgeous. They aren't too thick and the shape is consistent. I also had her cut my cuticles. I got a "signature" gel pedicure by Thai. His massage skills were amazing, others may find his pressure a bit much but for me it was very much needed. He was also very quick but thorough! My toes look super clean and my heals are so smooth. He was great! Best pedicure I have gotten in a long time!! Happy Birthday to me!!! The salon is bigger than I thought, clean and the services were a lot cheaper than what I am use to. They were sweet and didn't charge mefor cleaning up my cuticles. I recommended this place to my dad's fiancé since she has also been looking for a salon that removes acrylics the correct way.

I finally found a spot I can go to where they take their time on my set! Shaping and design 10/10
