There was no pressure and no upselling as well which I heavily appreciate. It seems like they care about their customers and what's best for them, not the companies wallet and it's very refreshing to be able to speak with a human being with a personality rather then a robot. It didn't even feel like I was buying insurance! Your call might not get picked up immediately but as long as you leave a voicemail they get back to you super quick. Overall this office is operated by very nice people and I looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

I got a vehicle from my uncle and needed insurance so called around for quotes and came across Crowel Agency....now this isn't the first time I went with Crowel.....I've been shopping with them for almost 20years. Before the closing I contacted them to inquire about the fees. Jen Lindemann was the person that handled the transaction. I am not sure if she was new but tried very hard to sound that she knows what she was talking about and her answers were very vague, she was very rude and very unprofessional. After my conversation with her and not being able to get my questions answered, I ask the real estate broker Randall Hoyle (keep away from him, he is a compulsive liar) that I would like a different person to handle the transaction. When I went for the closing, I asked to review the documents that I was signing and got a very bad attitude from her, she could not answer any of the questions, there was a lot of eyes rolling which was very offensive and unprofessional. Worst experience ever. If you would like to understand what you are signing and do not want to be humiliated because you asked to review the documents that you are signing, you should avoid Chicago Title LLC in Highland Indiana at any cost. Very unprofessional, rude and inexperienced. Not sure how they are still in business, but if they continue treating people this was, they will go out of business soon.
