They overcharged me, when I brought it to their attention they agreed that they were overcharging me and that they wouldn't do it again. No offer to refund the overcharges. When I told them I was cancelling my subscription, then they offered to reimburse me for the overcharges, sorry too late. Since, they have been AI calling me sometimes 2x a day trying to get me to come back. Terrible business practices, stay away this place!!!! read more

I atatted going there years ago because they were the only game in town. They used to be good, but the current management/staff is a joke. Poor record keeping, bad communication. the only time you will get any results is to pressure the manager, the front desk support is incompetent. Not sure how a business that is supposed to be a medical supplier can fail so often. I take my shots at home, but my supply has been late multiple times causing me to miss multiple shots, but I am still charged. Just unorganized and no accountabilit, excuse for everything. read more

This place has been life changing for the better. Emily and Tara and the entire staff are so caring and helpful. When you need something filled or an appointment they always get right on it and treat everyone with empathy and care. I spent years with different doctors and the VA clinic and this is the first place that treated me based on lab results AND symptoms. I think there are many hormonal issues that are being mistreated as mental health in this country. Mantality is doing what is right here and the broader medical community needs to pay attention and listen. Health Insurance needs to get on board, but I don't mind the out of pocket because it is an investment and brings my performance up atleast x5 in the office, as a father of 3, and a husband. read more

Had testosterone level checked. When I came back to get the results they said I was low. I asked for the paperwork to show my regular doctor. Number he gave me verbally was 100 points lower than the real score. He was just trying to sell me. Buyer beware. I tried this for five months. Wasn't impressed by their record keeping practices. Irregular lab results and inaccurate information. Going a different direction, too many irregularities with this group during my five months. Three times I showed up for an appointment and had to come back a different day because they ran out there product. Labs were not done on a monthly basis. Just be careful. read more

Having very positive experience with this therapy. I feel better than I have in 20 years. I am recovering muscle and improving definition. Intimate performance has improved, with some peaks and valleys. My mental concentration is improved, my overall mood and patience have improved significantly and my depression symptoms have disappeared. I am about 3 months into my program, and yes, my insurance covers 80% of the therapy. If we can get those peaks and valleys ironed out, I will update this review and bump up to 5 stars. If you are an older male, I recommend that you take initial blood chemistry work done before you make a hasty decision. read more

I have suffered from ED for years. I have tried all the pills with no success. Upon hearing the radio commercial and their guarantee about results, I called and made appointment for yesterday. This place, from start to finish, gives you the feeling that something is not right. Up front questions are answered with evasive answers. The experience really turned sour when the "doctor" entered the exam room. First impression of the "doctor" was of the old time snake doctor. I asked him what his medical background was, I got a rambling answer that made me wonder if his background was in the veterinary field. I asked what drug company manufactured the drug being used. Another evasive answer. At this point I felt like heading for the door, but years of failed erections has left me with a desire to try anything. The procedure involves going over current medications, the "doctor" had trouble pronouncing several of them and asked me what they were for. A couple he had never heard of. Then there is an ultrasound of your penis, I guess that is looking for any pressence of life. Then comes the explanation that this is not a science, but a guessing game. The procedure involves an injection in the penis. The first injection involved my stretching my penis so the "doctor" could administer the drug. After the shot you are instructed to massage your penis to aide in drug flow. After 20 minutes of a 4 to 5 rating he determined another injection was required. This one had some of the drug being injected and some flying through the air, even hitting me in the eye. 20 more minutes of massaging achieved no further results. I was then told we could try another shot, but at a different time. The "doctor" left and another individual entered the exam room. I asked him if insurance covered the drug, he said no. I asked how much it cost. 50 shots is $960 and 100 shots is around $1800. The drug is shipped to your residence and you inject yourself. They tried to get a commitment for a return visit to try another guess at dosage, I declined. Maybe this last resort works for some, but I was very disappointed in the "doctor" and their drug. There was no charge for the failed results. read more
