Our doctor was great, he was very attentive with alot of experience. I give the medical care 5 stars. The office staff are polar opposites on the other hand. Not helpful, you have to extract customer service out of them because there isn't much to speak of. Not sure what the office manager does, must be an autocratic run place. Needless to say we will miss our doctor very much as we found out he is retired now but the office people didn't tell us. read more

My sons pediatrician is amazing we love her but the staff on the other hand makes you want to slap them once in a while they are so unorganized so unprofessional. Since day once the lady's in the front have been a pain in the a**. I am so over them will be looking for another pediatrician because of this. The doctors can be alright but if your pregnant I would not recommend coming here. Every single appointment I come to I wait an hour in the waiting room when arriving on time. It's at least an hour wait no matter what even if they happen to put you in a room sooner you usually wait in there for awhile. Not very ideal if you value your time or have places to be. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Croasdale's for 5 years. I have had a chronic condition for 7 years. My quality of life was very poor before becoming his patient. The amount of stress I was under not being treated properly was ridiculous. Doctors didn't listen and if they did they ignored me. My situation is very complicated. I remember on my second visit Dr Croasdale said to me "help me to help you." and I remember thinking 'This is a doctor I need in my life." I don't know how I would have made it through the last 5 years not under his care. My life would seriously suck. Besides the fact that I get awesome medical care, Dr Croasdale has a wicked sense of humor. He always makes me laugh. I've never left his office feeling negative and I've been there at least 40 times. Pretty remarkable never to have had a negative experience with a doctor that you've seen for years. His staff is great. Office is always clean. Yes there is a wait, usually 30+ minutes. But it's rare not to be able to get an appointment within a week. I'd rather wait 30 minutes than have to wait a couple weeks or longer to schedule an appointment. As a side note I moved to Nevada almost 3 years ago and I travel every month or two for my appointments. I've been to a few Nevada doctors but I don't get the level of care as I do with Dr Croasdale. So I drive the 7 hours. It's worth it. read more

I never had a problem with coming here until yesterday. Croasdale was fine until yesterday. My mom tested positive for COVID on Sunday and after waiting an extra 30 minutes outside for her appointment (yesterday), he finally came out. He tends to be behind so, not a problem. However, he starts talking to my mom, and as soon as my mom opens her mouth to respond, he gets a phone call, puts a finger up to my mom and says, "hold on" completely cutting her off. Croasdale then talks to someone about a person's lung transfusion, while my mom is sitting in the car in excruciating pain. For the sake of my mother and her stress level, I didn't say anything. After that, he returned to the car and proceeded to try and rush my mom through her appointment. She asks a lot of questions and I can understand the frustration, but as a medical practitioner it is your job to answer every question, and patiently. He concludes that he'll only be giving her nausea medication without even really acknowledging the fact that she said her head feels like it's stuffed with cotton and nothing is helping, even with her other symptoms. She started to ask Croasdale about alternative treatments, which included questions about a possible infusion for people 55yrs+. Knowing nothing about it, it was a pretty simple question. As soon as the idea left her mouth though, this man went on to belittle her for asking such a thing. Saying, "That doesn't exist anywhere on this earth" when ... regardless of it being a research thing, it does exist, and my mother knows someone who's received it. He went on to say and I quote, "I know what I'm doing. I had a patient die of COVID at 1am this morning." I was appalled. Why would it ever seem like a good idea to say that? To "defend" yourself? He looked at my sickly mother and basically told her that her concerns weren't serious, belittled her when she asked questions, and then tried to make ME feel bad for also asking questions. I am not new to the understanding of there being limited covid treatment options, but this was just outrageous. This was one appointment of many where I had felt like Croasdale was a bit off. I care about my mother too much to have her be treated like an idiot by a short, condescending white man who, after yesterday, and unsurprisingly, really only seems to care about money. Quite frankly, his front desk/reception staff could do his job better than he can. 10/10 do not recommend, literally, don't waste your time. read more

I called the office for an appointment for my daughter. I told the receptionist that my daughter did not have insurance as of yet, receptionist said you will have to pay $86 up front, I said ok. I asked her if there was anything I need to bring or know as a new patient. She said..No, just come early. We got there early, filled out new patient forms..and at the receptionist desk there is sign saying Bounce Checks $25 return fee. I gave the new patient papers back to the girl and she said that will be $86. I tried to give her a check and she said we only take cash from new patients. I told her when I made the appointment I asked if I needed to know anything...ie..cash only for new patients. She said that was their policy. I then..asked since I didn't have $86 with me in cash, could she at least type up a little letter saying my daughter was there, tried to keep the appointment, but could not because of financial reasons, so my daughter would not get in trouble as she had a new job/took time off work to get there to the appointment.. The receptionist said NO. We don't do that for strangers. I argued with her that we had made an appointment, kept it -per say-we were there, and I did tried to pay with a check - I was not told CASH for new patients. She said that is our policy. and then turned away from me and starting typing on her computer. I said can I speak with someone else about this, as my daughter is in pain. with an ear ache. She said..NO, that's our policy and kept typing. If we have been treated differently, that Medical Center would of gotten 6 new patients from our family. As it is..I would not recommend or even think of going or taking anyone there because of bad patient service and even worse front desk manners. read more

The staff and Doctors are great. I have been a patient here for over 30 years. They are very busy so at times customer service is a little less than perfect but are always there to listen and help. It just takes a little extra time sometimes because of high volume of patients. I am amazed when I read these other reviews from people who have only gone once and are ready to give them a one star rating because of their one bad experience. The staff always greets you with a smile. The waiting room is pleasant. The doctors are attentive, and once in the exam room the doctors take the time to listen to your concerns. read more

I'm disappointed with this doctors office.. I've called today to make an appointment because my ears are hurting me. They told me I have to wait until June to see Dr Wolfe. And the lady on the phone was rude about it as I told her I can't wait cause I'm very uncomfortable. Linda the nurse practitioner left sense they merge with this other company so now there haven't been anybody else to replace her. I used to be able to see her within days now sense she's gone I have to wait months for just a Ear ache appointment cause Dr Wolfe is always so busy. And not to mention the wait time just to be called in with Dr Wolfe takes hours depending on what time your appointment. read more

The pediatric side of MMG is fantastic! I have 2 fourteen year olds and a nine year old and all have been going there since they were babies. I live in Tracy and have traveled to this office because Dr. Bumatay and the front staff have been amazing to all of us. My kids have had their fair share of sickness and asthma issues which have warranted many appointments. We have always felt very well taken care of. read more

I see Linda the nurse practitioner here, I couldn't ask for a better "dr" she takes the time to actually sit and talk to me, have some personal struggles going on and she sat and took the time for advice and sympathy and trying diff meds for my non sleep and anxiety problems, she's not giving up on me or make me feel like I'm a lost cause. So, it's nice to know that there is someone in this profession that still cares, and I appreciate you LINDA and the wait for her is nothing like waiting for any other dr in that place you get right in. read more

Doctor is cool. But I'm afraid the Manteca Medical Group is going to get a low rating from me until they get their act together regarding appointment scheduling. I get called in 32 minutes AFTER my appointment time, only after I brought it up to the staff's attention. Nurses were nice. Physician Incompetence or just lazy, poor front and back office customer service, nursing staff rude and inconsiderate, appointment wait times are protracted to 1.5 and even 2 hours with reason given "thats the way it is", level of professional knowledge seems 2nd rate with diagnosis attributed to could be maybe and mis diagnosis. Just a sad excuse for patient care and it strikes me as odd that the superior ratings for this group are few while the lessor ratings are many. I don't find it professional that any practice dictates while the patient waits however, this skill when mastered can be seamlessly inter-grated with a visit. In Dr incompetence I mean, Croasdles case, he hasn't mastered it. When reviewing labs it is inappropriate to charge full visit and then wait and receive a reading of the results and that's it. Send a review and highlight with comments any concerns. The scope of practice is predicated on $. Save yourself and avoid if able to, this group. read more

If there was a minus star option that would be my choice. Unfortunately I am forced to provide 1 star. This office (Dr. Croasdale) is the most unprofessional, unethical, judgmental doctors' office I have ever stepped foot into. I took my mom there after she had been a continuing client for over 10 years to be seen. She was finally seen after we waited 2 HOURS past our appointment time! Then when the doctor did finally show up, he belittled her when she was open about how she was felling. I could not fathom anyone getting into the medical profession and treating clients this unethical and inhumane. She had a follow up appointment that Friday at 9:30 am to go over the labs. When she arrived (After not feeling well and having to take public transportation there), they continued to ask my mom if she was in the right office because they didn't have her in the system! Finally after her being there an hour while they pretended to search for her, they told her they could fit her in later that day at 2:30 pm. So now she had to take public transportation home and then back again later that same day! While she wasn't feeling well. My mom is a cash client and is low income, after my fathers recent death. When she went to her follow up appointment later that day they wanted to charge her ANOTHER $86 to see the doctor which absolutely blows my mind! She has already paid them for the initial visit and but when you come in to go over your lab work with the doctor you should NOT be charged that same amount again! You are not being re-evaluated by the doctor only going over her labs. My mom wrote the doctor a note for him to call her with the lab work results because she could not afford the ridiculous rates they were wanting to charge her. When she received the phone call from Dr. Croasdale he told her he would not give her the results over the phone and that she would have to come in AGAIN!!!!!!! I then called the office and tried to talk to the billing department, as I was also a previous client and they used to only charge me $35. The snotty billing agent Marina, continued to tell me in a snarky tone that she has been in that office for over 10 years and they have never charged $35. Well guess what Marina, I have receipts! The nurses and Marina in the billing department should be fired! Ultimately we need to know what is ailing my poor mother so I paid the fckin erouneous $86 for my mom to be seen and my son took her so she would not have to endure another painful ride on public transportation. If you have a choice, please DO NOT GO HERE! Because they "forgot!" to ask authorization from my insurance and obviously my insurance declined the payment! as if this was not their fault they sent the bill to me! When you call for anything, they place you on hold forever!! and then when they get back on the phone, they want to place you on HOLD AGAIN! even though the first time they say that you have 2 callers ahead of you! I have been a patient with them for a couple of years. I have never known a more incompetent and rude staff. They treat you like it is a privilege to be served by them and not the other way around. In addition I had the displeasure of dealing with a Nurse Practitioner named Linda who made disparaging remarks concerning my country of origin and the medical system there. To be specific when I asked for additional information due to the fact I was unfamiliar with the US medical system being from Montreal Quebec, Canada. Her reply was to make insulting comments about French Canadians and the medical system there as a whole. Both my wife and I were sitting there shocked that someone in her position would be so very racist, ignorant and insulting. Find another medical group that is not racist, ignorant and incompetent and you will be better served as that is not someone who should be serving in any professional capacity. read more
