Came in 5/18 at 1pm and was told my medication was put back. Showed the text notification to the pharmacy tech and she just said it was put back and would be ready later. Why send text notification for pick up and have 90 minute fulfillment request and NOT fulfill them. Don't use Kaiser pharmacy, just out source. Haven't had an issue with any other departments at Kaiser.

I really don't like leaving reviews because I understand that mistakes happen, the lack of communication and accountability is where I have an issue. I already went to the ER to try to figure out what is going on with me, and made this appointment for further care because it was OB related. The gal in the office was helpful, it was just disappointing that no one seemed to have any answers, and as a result I still don't have answers as to why I am feeling so sick.

She told me that one blond nurse accidentally hung the wrong IV fluid for all four patients receiving treatment. One patient had already completed the infusion, while the other three were only halfway through. Another nurse noticed the mistake and immediately replaced the IV bags. My cousin overheard the nurses saying that the fluid was dextrose and that it was incompatible with the medication the patients were receiving. She said the incident terrified her and left her fearing for her safety throughout the rest of her treatment.
