Are competitors writing fake reviews? Receiving a good quote is always concerning because far too often, companies bury hidden fees in them. Sunny Luxury Transportation was amazing from beginning to end! We received a very reasonable quote for a party of four adults and two children. To be completely honest, the price was so reasonable I questioned if it was authentic...they were true to their word! We needed a car seat and a booster seat, both of which were provided (and clean). The suburban was new and very clean as well. So we had a fantastic price and everything else was perfect. Here's the cherry on top...the company was extremely professional and responded promptly. I was in Orlando airport during the "camera" battery incident...7 hour+ delays, canceled flights, and 20-30,0000 people packed in what was essentially a gymnasium. I quickly changed my flight to the next afternoon, and b-lined for the door. More preface: my phone was broken so I had to convince a stranger to drop me off at the only room we could find: a shady motel 20 miles from the airport. Hunkered down in my drug-deal motel, without a phone, I hopped on my laptop to find a "cheap" reliable option to get me to the airport and this pit called Orlando. Supershuttle has a very simple booking system, and no check-in process. While the driver will try to contact you via phone, I was amazed at what happened: The customer service department saw that I put my motel down as the pickup location, gave the front desk my name and routed through to the motel room's crusty phone. Like a pleasant wake-up call, I received a 30-minute pre-pickup confirmation from a cust service rep, who called the driver and let him know I'd be waiting downstairs in the lobby. Right on time, the driver grabbed me and my bags, followed by 2 additional passengers and off we went to the airport. It was $18+ tip for 20 miles+ and a direct terminal drop. Uber/Lyft/Taxi's can't beat that, and the driver was very polite. I only wish i tipped more when I booked online! To be fair, I probably would not have booked this service if I wasn't planning on getting to the airport several hours early. If you don't have a 1-2 hour cushion, with several passengers in your route you could possibly have a delay. I will use the shuttle again when traveling on personal expense!

Instead of getting an early night with our young children we didn't get to our hotel until after 10pm. I immediately canceled our return shuttle and asked for a refund. It took 5 weeks to see a fraction of the money I paid for a service I didn't use. Super Shuttle is overpriced, not dependable and they did not refund my money for my return trip that I never took. Use LYFT to save money and get to your destination on time.

I did a lot of research on transportation before our trip and I learned there used to be a free shuttle from the Airport to Disney World. That was discontinued a few years back, I'm not sure how many years ago. I am surprised that they took it away for the price we paid for the hotel it should include the shuttle. When we were waiting in baggage claim, which had some machinery malfunction so it was taking longer then normal, he check out UBER and the price was sky high at this time at night. We arrived at the airport around 6pm on a Saturday. I told him about Mears and the mixed reviews I've seen about them. He went to there website, saw the price and he was sold. So after getting our luggage we went in search of them. We went out to the street and asked at the Taxi Cab station how much a taxi would cost then we asked where Mears was and they pointed us that way. We walked down the side walk and came upon the Mears busses and we were guided inside. Once inside we saw a welcome booth and kiosks. We asked at the welcome booth the procedure and they pointed to the Kiosks. We followed the prompts and signed up. Once signed up the Welcome booth people pointed to the lines. The line was pretty short when we arrived. We would share a bus with the Animal Kingdom Lodge and All Stars. As time when on the line got longer and longer and the wait time increased. I think we waited around 45 minutes for our line to be called. Once we were called we headed to the bus. They asked us where we were staying and put our luggage in the correct hull. It was well organized. As we arrived at the Lodging they were able to just open a single hull and pull everyone's luggage out. Ours was the last stop. It would have been nice to be the first stop, but for the price you really can't complain. The bus was very plush. The seats were fabric and plush with headrests. There was even a bathroom in the back that no one used. Everyone was excited to be here and exhausted from traveling all day.

I checked and was directed to stand in one of the many roped off lines based on my hotel/resort destination. I arrived at 5:55pm and the first person in my line. At 6:07pm a staff member announced that there were several busses dropping of people on the other side of the airport and it would be about 20 minutes. One of these buses was for our line of people waiting. There was one large tour type bus outside and the line adjacent to me was the line for that bus. I noticed while I stood there for 30 minutes that bus was there for 30 of those 30 minutes before it took off. By 6:30pm no buses had arrived and there were only 4 people behind me and after watching the last bus sit and wait for people to arrive and fill up. I decided I was done waiting and I left. Used Mears to save money but in my opinion it was not worth it. I had been travelling all day and just wanted to get to my hotel so I ordered ride-share who picked me up in 5 minutes (once I found the ride-share area at the airport) and was at my hotel in about 20 minutes.
