The original appointment was for Bridesmaids dresses, but the bride ended up choosing her wedding gown! Stacie's level of customer service is second to none. She was wonderful and so helpful. Made my sister and all of us feel very special. She carries so many gorgeous designers and timeless dresses. We ended up choosing the bride, MOTB, Junior Bridesmaid, flower girl and bridesmaids dresses! It was such a special day and Stacie truly added to the memory of this experience. After all the pins were attached for the alternations we were told that it will be almost another $1000 for alternations and btw payment should be in cash.... They are not forthcoming and having to pay cash sounded slightly weird. We decided to just take the dress and find a reasonable seamstress elsewhere. When picking up the dress it was handed to us with a bad attitude, letting us know all the pins were removed. Uncalled for after spending thousands of dollars on a dress at this store. As with most bridal stores, no pictures or videos are allowed. They were very organized, pleasant and easy to work with.

I called to see if I could move the time up since my fiancé was going to drive me and he wanted to beat traffic. I spoke to Diane and asked if I could come in for 10am. Keep in mind I didn't know the hours of the place. She automatically said no. There was no explanation but rather a curt no. I asked her why and she told me they don't open until 12pm. It would've been nice if Diane would've led with that. I asked to move the appointment to 12pm and she told me someone took that slot already. Ultimately, my appointment was moved to 1pm. I don't think appointments are honored because there was a group of people there while I was patiently waiting to try on dresses. Automatically Diane gave me a catalog to look at. She turned to the "plus size" section which didn't offer much of a selection. I flipped through the 15 pages or so and I finally found a dress on the last page. I waited 21 mins to be measured by Margaret. She didn't introduce herself but just started measuring me outside the fitting room. Diane then looked at the catalog to see which dress I selected and she told me it doesn't come in my size. I explained to her you don't offer much for curvy women and I was only able to find one dress in the catalog to my liking. Margaret said she can find me similar dresses. I told her that I want a mermaid dress with bling. The first dress I tried on was a no-no. The second dress I instantly fell in love with prior to trying it on. It fit perfectly. Customer service can definitely be improved. Although we were off to a rocky start they redeemed themselves throughout my visits. Ultimately I was blown away with how beautiful I looked with my wedding dress.

I called Bossina Couture and literally begged her to correct her error, she refused. My husband went to the store and offered to pay more for another gown, the owner dismissed him and told him to leave. I paid cash for this gown!!!! This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the high price of the gown. I expected better customer service and at least the ability to exchange or return an item that was clearly not as ordered. I would not recommend this store to anyone based on my experience. What's most frustrating is that there was no real accountability or effort to make up for the inconvenience. Wedding dress shopping is supposed to be a meaningful experience.
