He was objective, through, and patient while explaining operations, pros, and cons of each unit. The focus was getting our family taken care of, not a sale. Their competitor (Jaycox) was clear and to the point--allowed me to ask questions, and immediately quoted a fraction of the price to service my HVAC's--much to my wallet's delight.
