I was already pre-approved for financing and specifically asked about the car's full service history before making the hour long drive from Florida City. In the morning, I was told "no problem" the car had been serviced, and the history would be easy to provide. Jose (the manager) even called later to reassure me they were pulling it and it would take no time. Then Andre (the sales rep) texted the same assurances and we scheduled a test drive time in the evening. I made it clear I didn't want to waste time driving that far if the info wasn't ready. While I was already on my way, they suddenly said the service manager had left for the day and no one else knew where the records were. They told me "not to worry" because the car was "good," so I continued to the dealership. Big mistake. When I arrived, there was a burning smell coming from the vehicle. Despite that red flag, Andre kept insisting the car was in good shape, so I went ahead with the test drive. What I discovered was alarming: serious brake issues, alignment problems, worn control arm bushings, bad ball joints or faulty half-shafts causing heavy vibrations during acceleration, and to top it, malfunctioning falcon wing doors. The burning smell got much worse after the drive likely the brakes overheating or failing. This car was clearly not safe to drive. Andre took notes on everything and promised to call me the next day with more information. Instead, I got a call saying the manager decided the car would be sold "as is" with zero repairs or fixes. Of course, I walked away without buying it. What angers me most is the blatant dishonesty about the service history. Any competent mechanic or inspection would have caught these major mechanical problems, yet the dealership seemed to be actively hiding them by dodging the records and downplaying the issues. They wasted my entire evening on what felt like a bait and switch tactic. My strong advice to anyone: Do NOT go to test drive a used car at North Miami Mitsubishi unless they have the complete service history in hand and are willing to provide it upfront. Save yourself the time, frustration, and potential safety risk. This place has lost all credibility with me, stay far away.

Fred, who was super kind and attentive, was my main point of contact over the phone, but he was not completely honest about every detail. He explained that the car I wanted was out with a vendor so I was unable to visit the first day and he mentioned another Toyota CHR in stock however, I wasn't interested. After a couple of days, Fred texted about another arrival, but I chose to wait for the original vehicle and I could see both then. About a week later, Fred called to let me know it was available. My brother, dad, and I went in to test drive it and started negotiations. We managed to negotiate a slight reduction in price. We even left saying we wouldn't return but came back the next morning to finalize the deal. I'm glad I did because you don't notice every flaw on a car at night. If you can, bring a mechanic, check the oil, look under the car, inspect the interior, and lift the floor mats. Not all issues will be disclosed, so it's important to protect yourself. During financing, there were several hidden fees not clearly disclosed, which raised the final price. Some fees made sense, but others were unmentioned, like a mandatory warranty for cosmetic items that couldn't be removed. They also advertised a three-day money-back guarantee, but at the end, I learned my car wasn't eligible due to its mileage. The process overall was less transparent than I expected. Important details were not always shared upfront, and at one point, the wrong CHR was listed on the paperwork, so double-checking documents was necessary. There were a few items on a "we owe" slip that were supposed to be fixed before I picked up the car (realigning the bumper, fixing something in the trunk, and checking the brakes). Some of these weren't completed when I returned, and there was also a windshield wiper issue that I had fixed elsewhere. I had to make a follow-up trip the next week to get the bumper realigned. Though I was told it would take half a day, they let me come in Saturday morning, and the repair was done in about an hour and a half. The service wasn't horrible, but it wasn't absolutely terrific either. Florida Fine Cars is a reputable dealership, and it's a safer choice compared to buying from a smaller, unknown dealer. If you choose to buy here, inspect the car thoroughly, get everything in writing, and ask as many questions as needed to ensure you are fully aware of all details before finalizing your purchase.

Thanks to an amazing mechanic she stayed safe and reliable, but I knew all good things must come to an end eventually so I began doing research on the car I wanted. I knew for the price, and the quality that the Mazda CX-30 was the car for me. After spending Saturday in a different dealer with no success, I looked at the inventory online and submitted an inquiry for the car. Jared from the dealership texted me back right away and we set up a call for Sunday morning. I went over the budget I had and what I was looking for, and after speaking to Sebastian and Rob (managers at the dealership) we were able to come to an agreement. The process was honestly faster than I expected, and what I appreciated most as a woman negotiating alone is that they didn't try to throw any crazy fees, extra confusing items, etc that we hadn't already discussed when coming up with the offer. I found them to be really professional and honest. I also enjoyed chatting with Fermin the Business Manager who took the time to explain the intricacies of the lease (especially knowing I hadn't had a new car in a while). Overall, I really loved my experience. Major shout out to Sebastian who spent so much time going over all the features of the car, and helping me to get the perfect new car for me!

Classic 'bait n switch', as they advertise their cars as CPO, only to find they're not Certified UNTIL YOU PAY THE HIDDEN FEES. AND, their fees TOTALED OVER 20% of the list price: car of interest was $18.7k. Fees: $1500 dealer + $1000 Inspection + $600+ Elec Filing + $700+ CPO. They garner interest with FALSE/MISLEADING advertising of a seemingly fair list price, that ends up several thousand$ higher. Scummy practices. Avoid this place at all costs.

A family member of mine was sold a vehicle that should never have been put on the road. Not only was the car unsafe, but it was also significantly overpriced for its condition. What makes this even worse is the way the entire deal was handled--there was a clear lack of transparency and professionalism from start to finish. To add insult to injury, they failed to provide all the required paperwork, which is not just poor customer service--it raises serious concerns about compliance with legal obligations. Buying a car is supposed to be a straightforward and honest process, but this felt anything but that. This experience left us feeling taken advantage of and misled. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business here to proceed with extreme caution, ask plenty of questions, and double-check everything before signing anything. Trust is everything in this industry, and unfortunately, this dealership did not earn it.

Caveat emptor: this will be fairly detailed…read more I bought a used 2015 Porsche GT3 from JLC earlier this summer. Aside from the actual *pricing*, it should be noted that the experience left much to be desired. Here's why... I've bought my last three (3) vehicles from out of state. Call it what you will, but everything, especially cars, tend to go for a bit of a premium here. Hence, JLC being located in FL wasn't really a deterrent as I'm used to doing everything over the phone or online and covering the bases with a well-executed PPI, or pre-purchase inspection. If I'm able to distill my experience with JLC down to one area of dissatisfaction, it's this: they aren't true to their word and they over-promised and under-delivered in virtually every aspect of the process. #1: I was told--no promised--that the GT3, a car whose value is inherently sensitive to "high" miles or additional mileage--was going to be flat-bedded en route to it's two (2) pre-purchase inspections, or PPIs, that *I* paid for upfront. I only found out, after being given the service notes from The Collection in Coral Gables along with the corresponding mileage, that it had been driven around am additional ~80 miles from the time I put down my good faith deposit/earnest money to the time the car was pre-purchase inspected. #2: JLC insisted upon me shipping out my trade-in vehicle, a sweet 2016 Alfa Romeo 4C, prior to finalizing the numbers. I wasn't entirely comfortable with this but they informed me that if I had any discomfort with the deal, they would ship me back my trade-in vehicle on their dime, no questions asked. Free and clear to back out of the deal at any point in the process, they said...okkkkk. They also insisted upon me shipping out my Alfa Romeo 4C on open transport. Here's what happened to the vehicle with the shipper/transport they contracted with (please see accompanying photo!). This damage, extensive as it was, essentially precluded me from getting my car back in one piece "no questions asked" should I want out of the deal or want to back out, right. I mean, their shipping company totally wrecked the hood of the car. ONE THING TO NOTE: If you look at Jumbo Luxury Car's listing (which has since been removed but whose archives remain) and the accompanying AutoCheck report for my Alfa Romeo 4C, the very same one that was damaged big-time during shipment, there is absolutely ZERO indication of that damage anywhere either in the write up or AutoCheck or Carfax. That, dear friends, is highly suspect if not downright deceptive. See, I'm not making things up! #3: Timeline for the run-around May 8th - Wire confirmed initiated and received (email sent and received) by Jumbo May 13th - USPS tracking number for title for Alfa Romeo provided as requested for shipment of vehicle May 15th - [REDACTED] emails me saying he now needs to *receive* the title in order for it to be shipped out, a different requirement than previously indicated, thereby further delaying everything. May 20th - Vehicle picked up at JLC in Florida for transport by Gorban Transport to California May 27th (MEMORIAL DAY) - Vehicle arrives at destination with undisclosed damage (four noticable scratches) not previously indicated and for which I did not initial upon receiving the vehicle. They subsequently paid to have two (2) out of the four buffed and paint-corrected but they cheaped out on it and it's still visible. Please see the attached photos of what their transport company did to my trade-in vehicle and for which they said they would "ship it back" on "their dime" no questions asked. Then, look at their online listing for this very same car and the lack of damage report. Although I was especially upset about them *driving* my car around an additional ~80 miles after being assured it would be flat-bedded transported and *never* driven, every other detail and concern was also handled in a haphazard way and they significantly over-promised and under-delivered on the timelines, impacting me receiving the vehicle in a reasonable timeframe.
