SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!! These people sold us a car and at first everything perfectly fine. They said they were going to call us back and fix the minor issues the car had and not once did we receive a phone call to fix the car. The mechanic was never there and after we signed the contract, they called us a week later to tell us that the bank could not approve us for the 60 month contract and said it had to be 48 months. First of all, there was no record with the bank that we signed and were approved to finance the car. The office manager VICTOR is the worst person in that office. He needs to be fired for his unprofessionalism. When we went to go return the car once we found out about the contract changing, he told us that the people who could help us in regards to the mileage was the people in Car Depot in homestead. So we went on a Saturday (they're open 7 days a week) to go figure out the issue with the mileage and return the car but when we went, Victor was there and when we tried talking to him, he went crazy and ran outside the store forming a scene saying he did not want to speak to us. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. The people from the homestead office had to chase after him to get him to cooperate with us because he didn't want to speak to us and take care of the issue since it was his wrong doing. So in order to assess the situation, Jorge from that office tried helping us, he told us he would call us on Monday to see how he can handle the situation and get us a refund for the deposit we made and to return the car. Monday rolls around and we find out that they repossessed the car. There was absolutely no reason to do that because we had just gotten the car and did not miss a payment. Jorge then called and said he couldn't help us, that it had to be Victor. So in the process of all of this the homestead office kept calling us and insisting that the bank reapproved us for a 60 month contract again (SCAM!!!). We want no business with them so we denied. We returned the keys on Tuesday and we did not get our deposit back because they said we had to pay .80 cents per mileage plus $45 a day for the car. Mind you, Victor only said the mileage was the only thing he was going to charge on the car NOT $45 a day for the car. They sold me a car which was damaged in accident and showed me carfax report which didnt had the accident listed on it. Terrible place, first off, I called before hand if they had the car, I was speaking to a guy named Collin, he told me the car was available, I even went over the vin # just to make sure and it was there according to him, and so set a meet up date. So I went to check it out, and it turns out Collin was not even there to meet up, so I spoke to another man, he said the car is not available that we barely update our online inventory. I my opinion I would not buy a car from this business. The sales was high pressure. I had the car inspected by third party "Goodyear Service Center" who found an oil leak. The sales man and general manager said that I needed to buy the car and the manufacturer would replace or repair the engine for me. I traded in a vehicle at this dealership about 2 months ago. I gave the a total of $5,500 for a down payment. Which they told me would cover EVERYTHING! With the exception of $150 for the registration whenever it was ready. After the temporary tag expired I went back and asked them if my tag was ready, they said no and issued me another temporary one and said they would call me in a week when the permanent one was ready. A whole month went by and I didn't hear from them, so again I went by. Which was today. Once I got there they said everything was ready that I just had to pay $597! When I asked why? Adriana proceeded to tell me that I needed to make one final payment on the car that I traded in! This made no sense to me because from what I understand, when you trade in a vehicle the dealership is the one responsible for clearing the balance with the finance company. When I told her this she said that they paid the finance company off but I was still responsible for one final car payment. It still made no sense to me, and it made less sense when I did the math (my old car payments were $399 and the registration is $150). When I told her that didn't add up to the amount she was telling me she's said its because they were charging me a late fee!! I laughed and told her how ridiculous this all sounded because how can I be charged a late fee for a vehicle I no longer drive, and her exact words were "we'll that's what it is". I told her that I would not pay this! I would pay the $150 and that's it! She said she would not give me the registration and she would proceed to contact Tallahassee so they would be aware of the situation and then I can have my license suspended. For a lack of a better word this woman is the nastiest person I have ever encountered in my life. I just don't think it's fair that I had to pay that much money without a valid explanation. And when I asked for an itemized receipt she said, "that is illegal" the same thing she said when I gave her the $5,500 down payment. If I could give this company a zero I would! The experience in the beginning was amazing. They got me everything I wanted. What took a turn for the worst is I purchased my 2015 Chrysler 200 in August of 2020. It is now December 14, 2020 and I still don't have a hard tag for my car. I have been getting nothing but the run around, lied too and so much more. I called a few weeks back to check on the status of my tag and was yelled at by a Ms. T. Scott that's in their homestead office that handles the tags because she thought I was going to yell at her.I really should have done my research on this company because I see that over the years this is a known issue a lot of their customers are having tag issued out problems. From that day on there's been nothing but problems although I have all my receipts to show I've paid my car payment I was wrongfully repossessed in 2017 I tried to show all receipts but the owner did not want to meet with me or see my receipts. I ended up having to pay $800 to get my car back. Now as of Feb 26th 2019 I'm paid in full. Car depot will not lift lean or release title but they sent me a letter saying I'm paid in full and have a zero balance. Nothing but a headache here! We weren't given the car fax after asking every day and were promised things would get fixed with the car when inquiring about it and VICTOR kept giving us the run around after they said it would be fixed. We went in promised a 60 month contract by Kenya and get called 3 weeks later telling us its a 48 month contract paying alot more a month, which was not what we signed for! The car I purchased from them has an engine that is not in the correct position - it is overheating and is leaning. The frame of the vehicle is bent in several areas and welded poorly! As a result of the car's damages, the mounts, bolts, tires, and other parts of the car will be strained and worn out prematurely. I am out of my money and without a vehicle to safely get me to my two jobs. Do not fall for their scam! They gave me the run-around and have been unwilling to make this situation right. On August 30, 2013, I paid $2,000.00 to Car Depot of Miramar as a down payment for a 2007 Toyota Corolla. I was approved for an auto finance loan for more than $11,000.00 by Chase Bank in order to finance the total cost of purchasing the vehicle. I was directed to the Corolla by Luis, an auto sales representative. The presentation and reception of all the documents required for the sale were primarily handled by the sales manager, Joel. I was afforded 30 days to return the vehicle to Car Depot should I experience any detrimental malfunction(s) in the vehicle. Joel assumed responsibility for finding a resolution to any mechanical problem(s) with the vehicle (i.e. repair or replacement of the vehicle). On September 3, 2013, West Hollywood Auto Center at 6650 Pines Blvd. Pembroke Pines, FL 33024 conducted an inspection of the 2007 Toyota Corolla and discovered the following issues: (1) Front head chassis bent (2) Engine leaning to the driver side (3) Transmission in need of full flush. On September 3, 2013, Luis and another staff member at Car Depot of Miramar were made aware of the auto center's findings. On September 4, 2013, Joel was made aware of the auto center's findings and he photocopied the report provided by the mechanic who inspected the vehicle. Joel affirmed that he would have a plan of action regarding trading or repairing the vehicle after corresponding with the owner of Miami Auto Max. The extent of the damage that the Corolla had sustained was not reflected in the Auto Check report and was not made evident by the testimony of the Car Depot staff. As of October 6, 2013, Car Depot of Miramar/ Miami Auto Max has failed to provide a safe, suitable alternative vehicle to the 2007 Toyota Corolla. read more

A lemon would at least be worth driving. They sell/finance garbage wrapped in tin foil and call it white gold. I tried to purchase a blue HHR car from there a while back. The guy made my co-signer leave a blank check that he said he wouldn't try to cash until a certain date and what do you know? They cash it way before said date and completely mess up my Co-signer's financial situation. On top of that the car I drove off the lot looked good but God forbid I tried to go above 45+ mph, that thing would start shaking like it was going to fall apart into pieces!!!! We took it back to the lot and they acted all surprised, they offered to take it for a drive with us and he would point out how it was driving smoothly. Of course it was driving smoothly, he was going 25 on a residential road, the problem was at higher speeds but he refused to get on the highway!!! After a heated back and forth they said they'd keep it overnight to align it. That wasn't the issue, it didn't fix anything. I ended up giving the car back to them but they didn't change whatever they were supposed to change in the system and to this day it still shows on my report whenever I try to finance a different car and they won't let me get one because of it!!!! Car Depot of Miramar does not practice good business sense. Greed seem to be more of a factor than basic customer service. They wrongly repossessed a single mom's car and did not give her the opportunity to prove her case. The owner told the client that she would have to prove her payments, which she was willing to do, but the owner did not respond to many requests to meet. The client's kids missed a full week of school, the client missed doctor's appointments, which was relayed to owner, and still no feedback. The impoverished client was even willing to REPAY claims and the owner still refused to comply or even discuss. We asked the owner plenty of times to do the right thing. Most reputable businesses would at minimum try to keep their current clientele - usually for future business - not this one. The bad press is really not worth the one-sided dispute of less than $500. This was the Worst experience ever!... First impression Beautiful cars... The price was amazing for the 2007 infiniti with only 79 000 miles however i realized why the prize was so good.. The car was a lemon. I put down 2200 dollars and drove off with the car after speaking with the Finance Manager and being told i would be financed.. There was a dent on the back bumper and I was also told that would be deducted since it happended on the car lot prior to my purchase... I left the first day feeling I won the Lottery.. I was told to come back the next day to fix the headlight since one was dim and it was so late in the evening... This is where it got terrible... I visit the dealership everyday/everyother day for 14 days leaving work early for what was a headlight turned into other mess and car cutting off in the road... So finally on day 14 I was told i had to come up with another $3000 so atotal of $5000 for a 10k car. makes no sense right. I said no i want my money back.. This is crazy. when i went for my money i was told that its 45 dollars a day plus the amount of mile( majority of the miles came from coming to the dealersip almost everyday)... the total deducted was $1100 half of my deposit... Police was called and the GENERAL MANAGER tried to tax me on my own deposit as well as charge me for the dent on the bumper that was already on the car... This place is a rip off and the GENERAL MANAGER is the worst person I've ever met in my life..
