Despite their prior assurances that they would honor (or come close) to the offer after inspection, they lowballed me with an insulting $21,800--far lower than every other offer I had received. they highly encouraged me to come in, knowing what they offered me, when i got there, the dealer totally gas lit me, saying "i'm not sure why we offered so much" making it seem like its a glitch. however, i know it was a legit offer, as it was the same price offered at their Sheehy Toyota of Fredricksburg. plus the estimate clearly stated $1950 as an "additional offer." It was clear from the start that they had no intention of honoring their original quote. Instead, they wasted my time and effort with misleading tactics to get me in the door, only to pressure me into accepting a much lower price.
