You have to expect to wait for a salesperson if you're buying trees and shrubs. Perennials are pretty easy and there is typically a lot of staff to help. Their annuals are pretty vast with a great selection of and pretty quick to get your ticket written up. Overall they have the best looking plant material around and I haven't had issues with disease (I have with another wholesaler). I read a review from a customer of a landscaper saying some of their trees died even though they followed watering directions from their landscaper and that there was no guarantee. I don't give guarantees unless I maintain the planting and even then sometimes things are out of your control no matter how hard you try. You can't blame the nursery in most cases. Overall, great experience.

The customer service was fantastic - the Indoor Plant Staff (Anthony If I recall correctly) helped me to find and go home with everything I needed. I was provided with a printed list of pet friendly plants, educated on the care of the plant, and took the time to make sure I had all the materials to set me up for success. I always ask the recipient to send me a photo. The arrangement sent, in addiiton to it be a scaled down version of what I ordered, didn't look anything like what I ordered. Instead of roses and mini-carnations, they sent a bouquet of daisys. Pictures below. I ordered by phone and made a special point that I expected the arrangement to be of Premium value and close to what I ordered. They assured me no problem. When I saw what was sent I called, asked for the owner, and asked for a partial reimbursement at the very least to the Standard pricing. After being "talked over" by the owner, he finally begrudgingly agreed. He claimed it was "fair and equal value". I can assure you it wasn't even close. Beware!
