Her as a person however, I can not describe in words how little she cares for the tenants in the buildings she rents out. We had the displeasure of her as our building manager for almost a year, and she refused to fix code violations, broken doors, broken windows, and the heat. This is a woman who will hold her hand in front of your face for you to stop talking, if she isn't obtaining a large sum of money for selling you something. Once you have a contract with her, it's over. She once told me to "never speak to her directly again" when asked about a code violation and when it would be addressed. As a realtor she may be amazing, but never put your living situation in regards to properly working electricity, heat, ect. in her hands. She just wants to sell and run with the money! The worst landlord/property manager I have ever experienced. The only reason she is not our property manager any longer is due to code enforcement contacting her, and she resigned. Suspicious? Definitely.
