They served food (one meat (chicken), mashed potatoes and two different times of veggies, three different salad options with dressings and an assortment of breads. Dinner was great, desserts were so so. But they did have a large assortment of those as well. Water, lemonade & iced tea were all available on each table and there was also a bar available for cocktails or beers. I'd recommend using this space for future events for anyone looking.

The woman at the desk told me they are doing a little renovating and there was some noise in the morning but not until around 10am when everyone should be up anyway since checkout is at 11. The place was easy to find and we did not need to go to the front to ask for anything. The heat and ac worked great and the bed was very comfortable with bright white sheets and bed spread. I could not have asked for anything better. If I go to an xfinity show in Hartford again I will definitely stay here again. Great place for a couples night!

It costs a lot more than that to clean a room and why should I do the dirty work to stay here?!? They charge $245 a week for a regular room and $285 for a studio and $295 for a one bedroom. I am being charged $295 for a studio though and when I questioned why I was told that mine is large like a one bedroom (not really because I actually saw the one bedroom) I wasn't going to argue because I already yelled at the guy for trying to give me a dirty room. Besides the room being dirty there was a large hole in the bathroom wall near the floorboard. One room was reserved for me by the general manager and when I got there to pay the new owner said that my room was taken so he offered me the dirty room with the hole in the wall. I got angry and said you can't do that to people and you can't rent out dirty rooms he changed his tune and gave me the room that was originally reserved for me! So much for it being "give out" huh? They charge $10 deposit for a second key even though more than one person checks in. It's a $5 deposit for the remote for the tv. It's a $10 deposit for the Internet and you have to go to the office with your dirty linens to get them replaced. The room we are staying in has NO HEAT AND NO AC! The general manger is an absolute sweetheart and she tries to take care of all of her guests. I feel sorry for her because she has to battle with stupidity from the new owner!

The room was comfortable and nicely put together, and I really liked the blue-and-white color scheme. There was also plenty of seating, which made the room feel more like a little apartment than a standard hotel room. But let's talk about that BED! It was SUPER comfortable. After a long day, that's exactly what I want from a hotel room, and I slept really well. I also had breakfast at the hotel, which was a basic but solid buffet. There were bagels, cereal, eggs, oatmeal, sausage, toast, and waffles, along with coffee, juice, and tea. Nothing extravagant, but there was a nice variety of options and it was convenient to have breakfast right at the hotel. One of my favorite surprises was transportation. I was able to ride VEO to and from the hotel, which I honestly wasn't expecting. I initially thought the hotel was too far outside the VEO geofence, so I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered I could actually use one. Since I don't have a car, that made getting around much easier. The hotel also has a fitness center and comfortable common areas, so there are some nice amenities beyond the room. Overall, this was a solid 4-star stay for me. The spacious room, comfortable bed, breakfast, and unexpectedly convenient VEO access all made for a positive experience. There are a few things that keep it from being a 5-star stay, but I'd definitely consider staying here again when I'm in Hartford.
