I bought a Como brand kitchen faucet and paid $150.00 for it, thinking it would be good quality. Looks are deceiving, and the price led me to believe that I was buying a good quality faucet but I was wrong. It was easy to install, it looks beautiful, but you only have 2 choices of water temperature.... scalding hot or freezing cold. There is no way to moderate the water temperature. It`s almost impossible to get a balanced warm temperature. I am either scalding my hands, or freezing them. The faucet is complete garbage, and now I have to buy a new faucet because I didn`t return it, so that`s on me. However, I thought I would get used to the horrible temperature settings after a few weeks, but alas, I was incorrect in my assumption. I will now go to Home Depot and get a Kohler or Moen.

It was a good sign to see the place busy on a late weekend afternoon. Mostly contractors and DIYers (some with contractors) checking out their renovation options. We also checked another nearby building supplies shop but that didn't come close to the options at Zion Building Supplies.

I called to ask if they could cut a product for me which they agreed to. I called them around 1 and a couple times afterwards after I didn't get a phone call. Every time I called someone different picked up and said the person I spoke to was busy and didnt take a message. I ended up driving back in the late afternoon were it turned out that it was done. Unfortunately the product was damaged and there was no one to talk to about it. I called the next day at which point they told me I was being rude and disrespectfull to point out that they damaged my product. I would NOT recomend a company to ANYONE that does not take responsibility for their own actions and somehow manages to blame the customer when THEY screw up. 0/10
