    Egg, cheese, bacon bowl.

I ordered online for pick up on a Sunday and specified no hot sauce on my bacon, egg, and grits bowl. When I arrived, it was very quiet with no guests. When I got my order, it had hot sauce, but everything else looked good. They had to remake it without the sauce but then the grits were very dried out. He added water to them but then they were watery. I would probably give this location another shot sometime though assuming that might be a one off occurrence. The female manager was sitting at a table and seemed friendly. The restaurant looked clean and the food tasted good.

I've always been a maple street fan since first trying them in Jacksonville, but I steered away for a while because I felt like the price to portion ratio was not to my liking. Well, I went back today and had their power breakfast and a side of grits. Oh. My. God. I had forgotten just how good of quality their ingredients were. And the grits... I don't know what they do to them, but they were some of the best ever. Super creamy and flavorful without loads of salt or grease. You won me back over, maple street.

Service was really awful. Food took 45 mins and was mid at best. They said if we wanted sausage gravy it would take 30 mins so I ordered mushroom gravy instead and it took 45 mins. Lol. Won't be back. Seems like they give priority to go orders. Do better

My first time at Maple Street was for Sunday brunch. We arrived around 11:30am and the restaurant was so busy. We were quoted 45 minutes before our food would arrive, but it ended up being 30ish. We sat outside and unfortunately had a yellow jacket nest under our table. Tony was so kind and helped us remove the nest and kept us safe from the bees. Not only did Tony help us with the inner situation, he provided us cinnamon biscuits while we were waiting for our food. He went out of his way to check on us outside while he was all the way working in the kitchen. I ordered the power bowl and it was pretty flavorless. The biscuits were delicious!

We chose to eat eat because we figured it would be a quick and easy choice. Food was good. However, it did take quite some time to get our order. I think they need to hire more staff. It looked like a skeleton crew. Kind of felt bad for even ordering with maybe 2 people working the whole restaurant.

Super great experience! Service is very nice - event got free Iced Cinnamon Biscuits for our first time there! So sweet of the staff - literally!! The ambiance is great, homey, could be cleaner but the workers are very busy as it is a very popular place to eat! Everything was very good, flavorful- the biscuits were buttery and flaky, the waffles were fluffy, bacon crispy, grits creamy, orange juice is freshly squeezed! They have questions of the day & what your answer is, is your call-out name thought that was pretty cool!

The menu here is extensive with lots of fun biscuit choices. The biscuits are light and fluffy, but also crispy. Our food came out within minutes of ordering (super fast) and was hot and fresh. It's a great portion size for the price and everything was cooked well. The ambiance is nice with plenty of seating. My only issue was that I ordered The Squawking Goat, which was supposed to have crispy goat cheese but instead just had a big hunk of cold goat cheese. It was still tasty but not what the menu promised.

We were visiting Gainesville and stopped by for a fast casual breakfast. This was our first time visiting Maple Street Biscuit. I want to mention that my rating doesn't reflect the staff -- they were all five-star great and welcoming, and constantly kept the dining area clean and came around asking if we needed anything. It's the food that we didn't love. We ordered their Smashbrowns and two of their signature biscuit sandwiches, The Farmer and the Squawking Goat. The biscuits are denser and drier than we prefer. The sauces on the chicken definitely helped add flavor. I really wanted to love this spot, but unfortunately their food didn't stand out.

I've only ever gotten this place to go before, I ordered and say outside and they said they'd find me. I realized about an hour went by and went inside and there were new people dining getting their food so I asked and apparently they never put the order through. They made it really quick and gave me a biscuit but it sucks I wasted an hour. Not sure if I'd dine in again - or I'd sit inside. The food was pretty good but the cheese on top would be nice if it was melted.

I stopped in the other day and discovered the Power Bowl with all its deliciousness, plus I had an excellent latte.

Over easy? No. Just gross rubber eggs. Yuck

Four years ago I like this place. Now, notsomuch. A few days ago I had the Chix & Waffle. Nowhere on the mobile menu did I see the breading was spicy of I would not have ordered it. Why not post an accurate menu description that this is fried chicken with kick? I ended up having to scrape what was otherwise a nice crispy breading off. If you like some eat you might enjoy. The waffle was nothing unique but it was good. Today I ordered the Blue Grass Grits Bowl with two eggs over easy. What I received was two eggs cooked to the point of rubbery with equivalent of hard boiled yolks.....and without bacon. Gross. I threw it out and requested a refund on Uber eats. I should have stuck with my usual at the Flying Biscuit!

Since we don't have these up here in the tri-state area, at first glance it looked promising. I didn't know it was a chain Resturant which is something that I usually steer clear of. Sweet, sweet southern service. I tried the squawking goat. I did order it to go so I'm not sure if it would have been better plated. The chicken was the type you'd get pre-frozen. Mediocre thin breading. I will say that I was impressed by goat cheese medallion. It really cut all the sweetness of the pepper jelly. A let down for my expectations but I guess this could fall under the standard of fast food

    Hash Bowl, Fresh Squeezed OJ
    Diane A.

In a work trip from Massachusetts and 5 of us came at lunch time. We were greeted as soon as we came in and ordering was easy. Everyone else got the Power Bowl but me, I had the Hash Bowl. It was fresh and had farm fresh veggies of spinach, peppers and onions, mushrooms and potatoes. I got the goat cheese but you can get cheddar cheese. I also had to get the fresh squeezed OJ which was delicious. One of us ordered an iced chai latte that they raved about. I asked about the biscuits my fellow guests ordered and they said 'yummy'. The staff was very friendly and checked on us often.

Concord Coffee offers a nice selection of drinks with unique syrups, etc. Although I didn't order coffee this time, I would be willing to try it in the future! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Their pastry case is limited and I believe they get their baked goods from somewhere local. I wasn't sure what to get and the worker recommended any of their pastries, as opposed to their bagels, as they were delivered fresh today. I ended up ordering the cinnamon roll, she heated it up and that took about 5 minutes. The cinnamon roll itself wasn't anything super special. The dough reminded me more of that of a croissant due to its flakier consistency. The glaze on top was light and the cinnamon inside was underwhelming. I still didn't have a problem with it until I reached the center. I noticed the center wasn't fully heated up and even felt slightly cold. But my biggest issue was the fact that the dough in the center was very much raw. It was not cooked/baked through at all. Disappointing to say the least. I would not return for a pastry or baked good, as I believe you can find better ones around the area for a better price. But I would return to try the coffee. Overall, I think Concord Coffee is a super cute coffee shop located in midtown. The staff is really sweet and helpful as well. I thought the inside was clean and I appreciated the decor. With that that being said, I would stick to beverages as opposed to their food items. My cinnamon roll was anything but special, I feel like one from Publix would have left me more satisfied. By biggest issue was definitely the fact that it wasn't baked through and raw in the center. I will get around to trying their coffee at some point in the future.

My boyfriend got a cappuccino with strawberry syrup but we didn't really taste the strawberry in his. Regardless, it was delicious. We also got one of their biscotti which seemed like they made in house but I'm not sure. It was yummy, but definitely was not a very traditional recipe. It tasted more like a short bread than a biscotti but still very yummy. We walked out to the food truck to get some vegan bites and they definitely met expectations. The crabby patty was delicious with a great texture, and my boyfriends patty melt was also super good. We shared a mac and cheese and honestly I was full before we even got to that. The Mac and cheese was great but did taste a lot like coconut so if you're not into that then maybe veer away. The ambience was a mixed bag. The initial shop that you order the coffee in had a very cozy vibe with great decor. If you walk past the patio into the overflow seating the vibe changes a ton. The decor felt very uncanny valley, back rooms, like very odd. I think they need to work on that side of the property a little bit and make it more cozy. Maybe it's a work in progress or maybe they like it that way, I'm not sure, but it wasn't the sort of vibe that made me want to stick around. Overall great experience though!
