A very nice restaurant very close to my hotel with outdoor seating in an intersection where the trolleys rumble by and tourists meander to the various other cafes and restaurants in the area.
I just stopped to enjoy a cigar with a Coke Zero. The restaurant interior is dark and classy, with high ceilings and lots of varied seating arrangements surrounding a long bar as you walk inside.
The service was a little slow for my taste. But this is a more laid-back, casual environment than the hustle & bustle of where I live (San Francisco Bay Area). Be aware that sitting outside can get notably windy as all the surrounding buildings tend to make a wind tunnel of the intersection. read more
