Without going into the gruesome details of what happened, Todd was able to reign her in without jeopardizing her condition further. Trust me, any further jostling or mishandle-ment could have led to tragedy. I was truly lucky (or "blessed" for the religious folk out there). He gladly drove us on over a couple towns south west - about a 15 minute ride. Normally I am leery about the conversations that can be had with this sorted crew, but I was real happy to be sitting alongside Todd. For New Year's I was putting air in my tire at a fuel station and it was so very cold out that while doing it the air valve on the tire broke. He did not leave me hanging he came out as soon as possible before I called him I did contact through my insurance to have them send a tow truck this never happened I waited three hours I noticed on my phone that multiple tow trucks canceled out from coming finally the fourth tow truck came while STEVIE arrived I sent the tow truck away and Stevie was there less than an hour after the phone call that's amazing. And of course another holiday Christmas Eve while I am DoorDash in my vehicle broke down at a restaurant battery was dead from severe cold winds luckily I had a chance to cancel the customers order send a different driver but once I called STEVIE I don't even know how long it was but I almost think I only waited a half hour. I'm so completely satisfied with how great his tow trucks are that it protects your vehicle. His attitude and personality are great you feel like you're talking to a brother. He worries about you he'll tell you to stand inside while he's in the frigid cold temps.
