My car was shaky when in idle and accelerating. I didn't remember when the last time was that I'd gotten my spark plugs changed. I also needed my air pressure sensor replaced. I had both the engine light on and the air light on. The error code said misfire. They took care of my issues within the time specified and within the quote! Took my BMW in to get all the fluids changed (transmission, transfer case, and brake flush) and had a really good experience. took care of everything, You can tell they know what they're doing, especially with Euro cars. I originally didn't plan on changing the diff fluid, but Rei recommended doing it while the car was already there and explained why it was a good idea. I'm glad I went ahead with it. They also took the time to inspect my front struts while the car was there and let me know they're starting to go and should be replaced soon. I appreciated them pointing that out and explaining it instead of just ignoring it. Their pricing was fair too, especially after getting quotes from a couple other places. The whole process was smooth and the car honestly feels better driving now. Definitely a shop I'd come back to and would recommend if you need work done on your car. read more

Rei and Mark are consummate professionals. They took great care of my M240i, helping to install a coilover kit. I was having some issues with the supplier, but they were patient and even helped coordinate some other work at a nearby shop while we awaited the part. The work was completed with a lot of care and attention to detail. R&M are honest guys who are perfectionists and always took time to respond promptly to my emails and questions. When they couldn't perform the final alignment on the car they told me, where I've had other incidents where a mechanic told me the alignment was performed only to (apparently) be lied to, as pointed out by the BMW service center.
