The last time I checked out a tote to detail the inside, most of the products were almost empty, but the previous time was wonderful! There are always people around so again, I feel safe taking my time to empty out garbage, vacuum, and care for the mats. As a single mom who feeds the local marching band and will drive a kids as long as I have seatbelts, I am happy to have access to keep the car clean and smelling nice! The value is great for the ability to wash the car as many times as I desire and have access to fresh dash wipes to keep the surfaces clean!

Unprofessional Management and Hostile Customer Service…read more I have been a loyal customer at the Arlington Heights EverClean Car Wash location for a long time, but the recent behavior of the supervisor, Whit Grossman, was completely unacceptable. During my visit, she claimed the system was updating and demanded my credit card again. When I politely declined to re-provide my card, she immediately cancelled my membership on the spot. To make matters worse, she called the police on me--treating a paying customer like a criminal simply for refusing a card request during a system glitch. A supervisor should know how to handle basic customer service issues without escalating to law enforcement or retaliating by cancelling active memberships. The location used to be run great under previous management (Montez King), but under Whit Grossman, the customer experience and staff morale have collapsed. Furthermore, I rarely see Whit Grossman at the facility during her scheduled 8-hour shifts, and she fails to inspect or maintain the equipment. Machines inside the car wash, vacuums, and air hoses are frequently broken. She is never seen cleaning the facility or brushing the walls and windows. Montel did all of this and handled customers very well, which is why employees liked him. Many old employees have quit because of her bad attitude, rudeness, and lack of professionalism. I am extremely disappointed and will no longer support this location.

The owner had to drive me home (while my car was running) to get the spare keys. They acted like I was unreasonable for being upset. Although I demanded and received a full refund, they made me late for other appointments and took 40 minutes of my life I'll never get back. A little better English and a little less attitude would have helped the situation but they just aren't able to do it. I would give them a -0- rating, but one star is as low as I can go.

Meanwhile, my car goes through the wash and no water ever sprays on it. They talk to me like I'm stupid and never been through conveyor car wash before...I go through one every week. It was evident that their machine had malfunctioned yet they let out on a customer. I've been using this wash for a while, mainly because the unlimited plan is convenient. But I'm…read moreposting this because owners of dark-colored or luxury vehicles should be aware of a real issue. Over time, I started noticing light scratches and swirl marks appearing on my car's paint -- especially visible because my car is black. After paying close attention, it became clear that the wash process itself is likely responsible. The microfiber "tentacles" that physically scrub the car seem to collect debris, and when that debris gets dragged across the surface, it leaves marks in the clear coat. That kind of slow damage is hard to notice at first -- but on a luxury vehicle, it becomes expensive to correct. For the price of the membership, I expect more focus on equipment maintenance and paint-safe procedures. There's no touchless option here, and unfortunately it's starting to show on the vehicle. If the wash system were cleaned more frequently or if they offered a safer alternative, I'd gladly stay a customer. I'm posting this hoping management takes it seriously. If nothing changes, I'll have to cancel my subscription and move to a touchless or hand-wash service elsewhere. This place has potential -- but not at the cost of damaging the paint on a car like mine.

While I waited to get my car washed, I noticed their hours and could see why I was unsuccessful in the past. They are only open 9 AM - 4 PM most days, and only 10 AM - 4 PM on Mondays and 10 AM - 3 PM on Sundays. I found the setup to be a little confusing as did a gentleman after me. Neither of us was sure which signs to follow in terms of where to bring our cars. There are signs directing you to the back but I think you are supposed to bring your car up front as that is where the car enters the wash. I think the car wash needs to work on improving the signage. The car wash itself was pretty good. All of the dirt and bird poop were successfully removed and my car is once again shiny. The two gentlemen working there did a good job vacuuming and cleaning the inside of the car too. I wasn't sure if there is a lounge you are supposed to wait in while the car is cleaned so I just sort of wandered around outside and enjoyed the nice weather. I thought the price of the wash seemed a little high, but it is a hand wash so I think that makes sense that it costs more than my usual machine wash.
