I recently called and spoke with Ana, so sad that they hire people with no class and no education. she tried to talk to me as if she were a queen or something delusional in her head when she noticed that I would not allow her o treat me like that she hung up the phone. called again and a second woman answered, when asked to talk to a supervisor, she hung also. Called again, and the same woman that refused to identify herself answered, this time I used some powerful words with her, and now she stays still and quiet. It's sad that places that are directed for customer services hire individuals of low class and have a low capacity of comprehending that feel entitled to disrespect and mistreat people, and then whine when you talk back to them. From the initial application process all the way through to the completion of the home improvements, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. So I got screwed pretty badly by ladwp.I started service and would call in regards to my bill,they kept telling me to call back and that the bill was on the way.i finally got my first bill 1 year later and it was ridiculously high..I was put on payment plans but regardless they kept threatening to cut my services.I heard about this program through a friend and I was helped by a very nice woman named Darlene Chavez she was super helpful and went above and beyond to get me help.They were able to pay a portion of the bill but most importantly now I can set up a new payment arrangement and not have to worry about ladwp turning off my services. read more

She was able to not only assist me but she and the Maravilla Foundation helped a working single mother of 2 in the time of need. Horrible Service! My mom went in for my appointment on Friday at 3:15pm. The manager or receptionist whomever she was came to the window and stated if we didn't want to wait we could reschedule our appointment because she didn't know if we were all going to be seen because they were a bit behind.
