Great service from "Chito". This review is based on my first visit purchasing prefabricated counters for a rental unit. Though they are primarily a slab dealer, they do have a nice selection of both Stone and quartz prefab. Nothing custom, you can only get right or left hand unless you do bathroom countertops. But all in all nice selection, in and out fast, order was in ahead of schedule, and they set up an independent delivery person which we really appreciated. read more

We came on a early afternoon Saturday. (who can go during the week when you work Monday-Friday) So we were glad they were open. We came in and were looking. A gentleman (Later I learned his name was Faruk) asked if we wanted help. We decided, said we were just looking. We are remodeling our master bathroom/shower. So looking for floors, shower tile, etc... After about 30 mins, we realized we do need some assistance one we dialed in a few patterns of our desired tile floors and shower tile. We asked the gentleman for assistance, and he kindly gave input - as well as notice of one that was very expensive and probably not worth the cost for our particular color scheme. Helped to confirm the look we were desiring, as well as the color the grout, and everything else! So based on the size of our bathroom gave a ballpark cost of the raw materials. Wrote everything on a slip, and confirmed all materials can be delivered within a few days. No need to order in advance. On all accounts, had a very positive experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered BLACK quartz countertops from Marbles Bros for my kitchen project. Today, my installer picked up the 3 slabs with proof of invoice. When I showed up to my project, to my surprise, the countertops where WHITE with brown specs. Marbles Bros gave my installer the wrong material!! Night and day difference. My installer, not knowing the color of the quartz just based it on the invoice order, and installed my countertops as is. I quickly called Pio at Marbles Bros to explain the situation and told him they were installed but that they released the wrong slabs to us. Pio acknowledge the mistake and said he was the one that helped load them in the truck and acknowledged that he DID give white instead of the black slabs. He was trying to make it right and offered that if I stay with the countertops already installed a full refund would be provided if go back to the store to refund the credit card. I asked for options because I truly did not like the slabs. He was unsure if the owners would give the slabs and refund the new installation. With the compromise of the 3 slabs, I was willing to leave them. When I arrived at Marbles Bros, Pio asked me to speak to his boss, Faruk Kuruz. Faruk acknowledged the mistake was on their but did not honor the full refund as indicated by Pio. Instead, Faruk tried to also put blame on me because our "project manager" or contractor did not catch the mistake. I had to go to the project with my two toddler children to check the countertops and find the HUGE mistake due to their error. Frankly, Faruk was not willing to compromise with the mistake. He only offered a refund for HALF of the material or give me the 3 slabs again, but I would have to pay for the install again. This could have all been avoid only if the correct countertops were released. What really set me off and irritated me was when he CHUCKLED at me, which is extremely disrespectful. I even had to tell him "this is not funny, why are you laughing." He said that my request was unreasonable and that he would not be able to refund the entire order and that what he was offering was more than fair. He said that since I am staying with the slabs and not taking them back, that he would end up losing too. Mind you, if I reinstall the right ones, I would have to pay $1000 for installing AGAIN for THEIR MISTAKE. I offered to take him back the slabs, all broken if he wanted, since they were already installed. The lack of accountability of this business is incredible. I have purchased from them multiple times, but no longer will I take my business here nor recommend them. A true shame and lack of customer service. Now, I have to purchase a new backsplash tile because the one I purchased will no longer match with the WRONG slabs they gave me. Faruk even tried to use Amazon returns as an example. Even Amazon will let you keep items that were wrongly sent or damaged PLUS give your money back. Pio even offered to pay the difference out of his pocket to make it right. He was also not sure why his boss wouldn't just refund the entire order when we he admitted to the mistake. I bet you Faruk WOULD make Pio pay for it, which is a horrible business practice. The business should always respond to these claims and do what is right for the customer when the error has been on their end. I would never take money from Pio for this, but the fact his boss would, makes me sick. Faruk dismissed the principle of the issue, tried to put blame on me also, chuckled at me, and expects me to pay more for my project due to their mistake! Wrong all around. read more

I was very lucky to have a patient sales person named Pio He spent over an hour with me going over my different color choices for the bathroom room and floors. We were looking for porcelain slabs for our outdoor tables and when we asked someone inside, he basically responded with just "Look outside. That's all we have". I decided to go with a pre-fabricated quartz that looks like marble. I show one that I really like at Marble Bros Tile & Stone, I when there two times. when I was ready to purchase this counter I ask for help inside, a bald headed guy when out side with me and call one of the guys that loads the stone and toll him to help me. This person didn't seem to be too eager to help me and after a while just didn't what to move some countertops so I can pick one. I mean this cost about $700. So he say to tell the boss inside if he's ok to move more of this counter tops, so I when inside the gentleman with no hair said to me all the counter tops are pretty much the same and they won't move 16 counter tops to look at them. They had a huge selection of quartz countertop, and offered me a great deal on the slab I wanted. I was shopping during a very bad time (November/December) but they still helped connect me to a fabricator and installer, who came out in December to install my countertop. I was set on using glass subway tiles for my bathroom remodel, but quickly changed my mind after seeing their vast selection of tiles and flooring materials. The staff was patient and answered all my questions helping me stay within my budget. I was able to purchase better quality tiles and in a dimension larger than I thought I could afford (12 x24 ceramic for the walls and 12 x 24 marble for the floors). Horrible customer service!!! We have bought many quartz slabs from this place in the past for our rental properties, and this week, my installer went to pick up the slab from marble bros, and they gave him the wrong slab. My installer installed the slab, and when we got to our rental, we realized it was the wrong material. We called marble bros, and they apologized for the mistake and told us they would refund us our money since it was their mistake. My wife went in person to get the refund, and the owner was rude and said he would only refund half of the money and we would have to pay for the new slabs. We were infuriated because not only are we repeat customers, but they wasted our time going to the store, toying with us, and not taking ownership for their mistake. I will never shop here again!!! The lack of professionalism and lack of accountability is not who I want to do business with. I will be reporting this to my credit card company and for sure will be getting a refund. My husband and I we really shopped around looking for what we needed to remodel our kitchen and floors and this was the place where we got the best price and the best customer service from Josh (too bad he is not longer working here). We bought all the porcelain tile, glass back splash and quartz slabs for our kitchen our project around September last year. Josh went above and beyond for us. Since we got great customer service then, I went back about two or three weeks ago to look for the stone i need for a smaller project in my house. Trying to return one box of Marble/Ceramic tile we bought for a small repair in our kitchen.
