5 starts to Euro Tile and Marble. We were looking for tiles and most stores are closed on Sunday. We stumbled upon euro tile while driving on Sherman Way looking for any open stores. It seemed like they were the only ones opened. It was right before Labor Day. Well, this store was not only opened, but had a great selection of in stock tiles which is what we needed. We got 400 ft.² of oak looking tile flooring. They had exactly what we were looking for at a closeout price. Our tile installer was able to pick it up the following business day. Just finished our kitchen remodel and couldn't be happier with our granite and backsplash that we purchased from Euro Tile. We had a great experience working with Ivan on both orders. He was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. I walked in with a quote from a local big box store and he was able to beat the price and literally dropped what he was doing and came to our house to take measurements that day. We signed the contract and had our granite installed within 2 weeks(the other store said 6-8 weeks)! We went back after to purchase our tile for the backsplash and again it was a great experience. This hole in the wall shop is a source of great advice, and the staff is full of expertise. If it is possible for you to select a tile you will like and buy, they will make it possible for you to find it. The "Euro" part of this tile shop is not the product so much as it is the nationalities of the staff. Accents to love. This shop has no stone yard of its own, and buys what it sells from Battaglia's stone yard on Vermont. You cannot buy it cheaper from Battaglia's, however, and so it is worth coming here, even after looking at Battaglia's directly, to buy it with less hassle, better service and even a better price. read more

I am a designer here in LA. I picked up tile samples for my client and left a $300 cash deposit. When I returned the tile samples a few days later (this past Friday) they returned the $300 deposit to me. I went straight to the bank to put the $300 back in my account. One of the $100 bills came up as "Not Valid". I took pictures of the ATM screen etc. Emailed Euro Tile & Marble then called to follow up. They refused to accept it back and could care less that they are passing out counterfeit $100 bills! I will never do business with them nor refer any of my Clients to them. I will be sure to warn anyone about their shady business practices! The next person they do this to could be arrested for unknowingly passing off a fake bill! read more

This place is awesome and their stock and service couldn't be better! As a new homeowner I couldn't wait to start our first project, our kitchen in 2010. I had ugly white tile counters, old 1950's cabinets that were a danger as they were falling apart. Ugly tile on the floor... ugly! My husband made this his DIY, I was a bit nervous but our budget was tight so we gave it a go. Our best decision was choosing Euro Tile. Patty was excellent. I guess she could smell that we were threading on uncharted territory with this remodeling. She asked questions, listened and then gave us her suggestions. She helped me pick out a color for the floor that suited me perfect. I have little ones, so a lot ends up on the kitchen floor, I love the easy maintenance on the tile she helped us choose. I love to cook so I have tons of kitchen accessories. From pots, pans of all sizes and so much that space was going to be an issue. She helped us pick out these beautiful cabinets that make my kitchen the envy of all who visit. My all time favorite is my counter. I chose this beautiful black/pearl granite... I simply love it! So much that we got it as a back splash as well. Pick up an delivery was prompt, honest, nothing was broken. We were very very satisfied. So much so, that when we updated my mother in law's house, we went straight to Patty. Who again guided me to the best option for our budget. (2013) When I decided to update my porch, you know I went back. Our old tile was a true hazard as they had installed slippery tile. Every time it rained I was expecting a lawsuit. Thanks to her knowledge we got a beautiful color and safer choice as the tile she suggested is non-slip. (2012) You know where I will be going for our bathroom project this year! First, I have to say they moved to 13333 Sherman Way, this is a bigger store with plenty of parking. I've been a customer for years. No matter how many other businesses I check out, I always come back here. They have a good selection of products at affordable prices. I've purchased products to tile two kitchens, put laminate wood floor in an entire house, a guest house and I just ordered some laminate for a bedroom. Patricia is helpful and very nice. read more

This was (at least) my fourth stop on a list of tile stores I visited looking for tile for my shower. While I was ignored in a couple of the other stores, and one was so disorganized they couldn't tell me the name or brand of the sample I selected, Euro Tile was great from the minute I walked in. Patty was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. She took her time and listened to me describe the look I was going for, and offered helpful feedback when I was selecting material for the accent row. She also did not push when I couldn't find exactly what I wanted for the shower floor, and was genuinely happy for me when I found it somewhere else. When you go in, ask for Patty because she is wonderful to work with! She is very patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Patty has gained my trust over the years. It is hard to truly trust sales people but you can with Patty. We bought many materials, tiles, porcelain, counter tops, quartz, etc. from here and couldn't be happier. I've gone to other stores on the same boulevard and even though they have good service, Euro Tile's prices are better. She was nice and the service was quick and efficient. WoW what a disaster this place. Great selection but customer service at its worst. Picked a countertop and the wrong one was picked up and delivered .... which is fine mistakes happen but Alma arguing her way into telling me that that was the one I selected was ... unacceptable. She wouldn't stop arguing with me, #1 mistake of anyone in sales or customer care.... I even told her to look at the cameras to see that my selection was completely different but she didn't bother trying to keep arguing her point and trying to verbally accuse me and prove her own righteousness which didn't even make a difference at that point. Even after it all got resolved and squared away, left a bitter taste .... wouldn't go there again unless they train their staff on better communication skills .... read more

Absolute worst customer service! Our tile guy told us to go shop here and to work with his contact named Alma. We went out of our way to go to this place since it was his recommendation. We ordered tiles for a backsplash and Alma told it it was an order that would be at their shop within a few days. She lied. It took over 2 weeks. Then we needed the trim schluter and we didn't really like what they had, but Alma told us we could buy one and return it no problem if we didn't like it. We were not crazy about the color tone, but since she offered it up for a no problem return, we decided to buy it and give it a look/try. Well, you guessed it, it was a problem and she made us feel like crap for returning something she advised us to do if we didn't like it. Her boss was breathing down her neck and she took the schlueter and eyeballed it with an eagle eye to look for the smallest nick or scratch. LUCKILY she honored the return and we got our money back and we ran out of there. What a joke this place has become. I talked to our tile guy about this and he said that the owners are running this shop to the ground and don't care about their customers anymore. DO NOT SHOP HERE! IT IS A HASSLE AND TOTAL NIGHTMARE!! And I heard that they may be going out of business soon since most people are shopping and going elsewhere due to their lack of customer service!! read more

Patti is great to work with. The prices are comparable if not lower and she will give you great service and advice on selecting your tiles. Select the in-stock sales for great value. She had this 12*24 grey tile sold in many places, and her price is cheaper than all the other tile places I visited.
