The facility in downtown Albuquerque is well equipped and the three practice booths are busy. Scheduling is easy and I've been able to contact a pro and change appointments on the fly. I drive 1 hour and 45 minutes from northern New Mexico, and it's been worth it. They could use updated Foresight technology ( quad instead of the GC2) to pick up the club head in addition to the ball, but the video and flight scope work together well. The teaching is as good as you'll find at this price point. You need to figure out which pro can teach you with language and drills that match your game. All in all, I recommend these guys to anyone who wants to explore game improvement. They are a happy bunch and practicing golf beats working any day.

If there's one thing in this crazy world that we can all agree on, I think it might be that the…read moregame of golf is the most frustrating sport there is that occasionally can be a lot of fun. Can I get a witness? Having that written, the location you're practicing said frustration that you hope evolves into fun has a lot to do with your overall experience. Can I get another witness? Amen! This is an absolutely beautiful course! It's set up very well and very challenging. However, what sets them apart from other higher end courses is the staff! Seriously, from the nice young girls who greet you upon arrival and set your bags on a cart for you, to the pros in the shop, all the nicest folk you'll most likely encounter in your day. I'd especially like to acknowledge golf pro Allen for being extra nice! He and other pros are the foundation upon future patronage of a particular golf course. And despite the fact that this is a high end course, there is no air of snobbery. There is no dismissive attitudes from any of the staff! Price wise? Sure, a bit more expensive than a muni, but obviously you get what you pay for, right? If you're a beginner like my daughter and I, or an old pro who has been whackin' balls for decades, you'll still be treated great here and hopefully love every minute of your day. Unless of course your frustrations get the better of you. Just remember, it's still just a game! And always remember the factual saying: a bad day on the golf course beats a good day at work every time! Cheers!

Although clearly very busy, the staff were uniformly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They helped me find multiple drivers in my price range ($200 or less) and set me up in a simulator booth to try them out. I was also able to get more laser-guided advice from another staffer to help me decipher what the simulator numbers were saying and make the decision. And the price for the club was great even before the veterans discount. They also arranged to ship the club to my home in CA for less than I would have had to pay for postage if I gad shipped it myself. The only challenging part was that, because they were so busy, I had to go find someone any time I needed help, rather than someone being able to take the time to work with me for the whole process. Given their size and how much golf there is in ABQ. This is totally understandable. This shop has become my safe space for future ABQ visits when I need a break from family.
