Got dental work, So so horrible... they tell you that you need something done and then when the insurance wants to approve it they say they didn't get that it was needed and the place said they sent proof to them but they did not send the correct thing or they did and it really was not needed and they just told me it was so they can get money out of pocket from me since they would get more from me that way... and when I get filling the lady was rude and they do it so fast (not a good thing either) rushed and seemed like it was not done correctly. Went somewhere else and they said I did not even need what they told me... sure they might get you in faster maybe but trust me it's worth waiting to go to a better place. DO NOT GO HERE!! First of all, the lady at the front desk is so rude and has no clue what she's talking about. They wouldn't give me my x-rays. I went for a teeth cleaning (which they didn't do) and they told me I needed a crown replacement (when I didn't) which is a $2000 procedure. I went to get it done and they started "filling cavities" that I didn't have and didn't tell me about!! I told them I had issues with anxiety and they told me "then we can't do the work on you." This place is unethical and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Im also convinced that the rest of the reviews here are fake. read more

Office was able to accommodate me in getting a quick appointment after I cracked a tooth over the weekend. Other offices I had called from my insurance list wouldn't schedule me for weeks or in one case months. Was very happy they were willing to make time for me after my unexpected injury. This was my first time at the office but I was very happy with my dentist, hygienist, and the helpful, friendly staff. I will be following up with them again. read more

know your benifits with your insurance. this place is great on over billing folks and f***ing up mouths also! over billed me. billed both insurance companies i have and charged me$900 more.due to my strokes i went to them because a few blocks from my house. multiple fly by dentist! have 2 front caps holdong by cement because dentist filed down to gum line! root canle to #9 tooth only to have it come out while eating.I told them i was on blood thiners because of stroke only to have them remove the wrong tooth. ended up in hospital mouth wouldnt stop bleeding. read more

My boyfriend came to this place to get a referral for an oral surgeon. They have good customer service up front, but my bf said that the dentist didn't listen to him and rushed him out the door without giving him answers for many of his questions. Do not come to this place. I got a cleaning and had front tooth filled. The front tooth was unnoticeable minor chip you could barely see. Now I'm not sure what they did but after a week or so it ripped an extra big chunk from tooth and just fell out. I still don't get it. They should have never did it in first place. I went back to them an guy at desk says "well I can put a cap on for $500". WTF. Not even offering to fix it. Sounds to me guy tried to hustle me. Not cool prime time. Well, Prime Time did it again for both me and my wife to be... and I'm far from an easy man to please. I awoke in the middle of the night in some considerable pain. I lived with it courtesy of ibuprofen for just 24 hours, and yesterday morning realized that no amount of hoping was going to make it disappear. I had two morning meetings I could not ignore, equally I could not ignore the pain. So I just drove over to Prime with no appointment, merely with the hope that they'd help. I had no right to expect anything, but the owner asked me to take a seat with a promise that they'd get me in as soon as an opening came up. So within 30 minutes, I'm in a chair. No surprise, a darn root canal was required on a major upper front tooth. Naturally I assumed she'd take a temporary route given no notice. She'd have nothing of that notion. I left an hour and a half later, with the infection, bacteria and nerve out, and the root canal in, and the crown to follow next week. It's now still less than 24 hours later and I'm as happy as a proverbial clam. My father was a family doctor, so at a very young age I learned that the best healthcare providers work in a vocation. That is certainly the plain truth for Prime Time Dental. (I've noticed that there are a couple of entries that are critical. Obviously it is not my place and cannot address them, but I'm so confused as the views are diametrically opposed to my own. I hope that there's been a case of mistaken identity of this company.) read more

I have a lot of problems with my teeth from eating sweets at 3am, every night. I went toanother dentist in Norristown and he said he would not touch my mouth without a cash payment... (because my insurance doesn't cover some of the work I needed done). I was devastated but decided on a whim to try PrimeTime. I went to PrimeTime and after the dentist saw me she filled a cavity and fixed the one tooth up as best as she could so it wouldn't deteriorate before I could pay for the work. I was amazed and ever so grateful. The other dentist should lose his license but at least I know I do not have to go to him ever again because now I will always go to PrimeTime!!! The office is clean and new and you can get appointments within 24 hours!! Office staff very friendly and overall a terrific place to get your teeth fixed up!! read more

I made an appointment through zocdoc.com for a broken tooth,i filled out all the paper work on line, when i got to the office they had lost my paperwork and the front desk person was on the phone for about 5 minutes while i was standing there and didn't even acknowledge that i was standing there. when i went back they took my x-rays the dr came in NEVER INTRODUCED HERSELF TO ME, talked to her assistant about what care i needed then told me the hygienist would be in to do my cleaning? I WAS NOT THERE FOR A CLEANING I WAS THERE BECAUSE I WAS IN PAIN FROM A BROKEN TOOTH!!! The hygienist i had was not friendly at all, she cleaned my teeth and sent me to the front desk to schedule my further appointments, how do you send someone with a broken tooth that is in horrific pain home without doing what they came in for???? Street parking is not a problem. There are always spots. Hours are convenient. However, no matter how far in advance you make an appointment, you always always always have a long wait to be seen. The hygienist I see is very nice. I'm not sure her name, but she is blonde. I like that they text me my appointment reminders. read more

Almost all my filling fell out and had to be numbed and drilled and filled again. They filled tiny cavities and now my tooth is in in pain from it breaking. They have insulted me by saying "Good Job for having so much work done." Among more insults. I have been lied to by staff and they also have a habit of replacing their doctors. They try to bribe patients with a free whitening pen and a $10.00 gift card for a good review on Yelp. They do bad work. And try to fill even if nothing is wrong. They have been ride and lied. Look some where else for a dentist office who's only goal is to make money. read more

I am so glad I found Prime Time Dental! I all of the sudden got crazy tooth pain and had no idea what was going on. After quickly scheduling an appointment the woman on the phone was so accommodating and got me in ASAP. After examination we found out my wisdom tooth was impacted and I chose to have it taken out immediately. It was almost painless and now I'm finally in relief ! Thank you so much prime time ! Dr. Quinn always is very persistent in her services. I find it extremely convenient that I am not sitting in the office for hours. Also, I am so scared of the needles but here they make it a little easier to deal with. They even give you a toothbrush, toothpaste and floss! The assistants are very friendly as well. Terrible. I took my 3 y.o son for his first check up, and upon being seated to be seen, we weren't even greeted by the nurse. She walked in and told him to open up. Didn't clean his teeth, just looked. Once the dentist came in (again, still no hello) she opened his mouth, poked around twice, and plopped a blob of Flouride into his mouth without consenting with me. Inna is the best dental hygienist and truly cares about her patients! There office staff is so helpful and able to answer any question you may have. My husband went here for a full set of dentures. We were originally impressed with the practice, but when he received his dentures the displeasure started. We went in to the office and told them that the dentures were hurting his gums and it doesn't matter how much adhesive he uses on his gums they are still loose. The doctor didn't seem to take him seriously and said " It just takes time". It's been 2 month's and he still can't eat with them. He tries to wear them during the day, but he say's they are still so uncomfortable because of the looseness. read more

I was visiting Philly last weekend and had to make an emergency appointment on Saturday because of sudden awful tooth pain. The office staff was super gracious about accommodating an emergency appointment for me and I didn't even have to wait more than a few minutes to be actually seen by the dentist. The dentist was thorough and efficient, he quickly identified and fixed the issue which turned out to be a bad filling.
