Chastised by Dr…read more After a sudden hearing loss, I immediately called Dr Livingston's office. Even though I was an existing patient, I was told I couldn't get in for 3 weeks. I called 2-3 times a week asking about cancellations to get in sooner. No luck. When I saw Dr. L, and told him about the sudden hearing loss, he responded 'Well, if you had come in right away, I probably could have helped you! He also said he can't control what the appointment staff tells patients. He said the only thing he could do was give me shots in my ear which didn't help. I went to an ENT in Jensen Beach who put me on diuretics and other instructions to help my hearing return which worked. June 30, 2024

After waiting 40 minutes, went to the receptionist and asked what was the wait time, she screeched at us loudly and said we had a 2pm appt, I said no way, confirmed twice, and am on lunch hour, she screeched loudly again and told me I was confused and wrong, I cancelled the appt, as I had to get back to my job. Complete lack of concern for your time, they tell you to arrive early then lie to you about your appt time to put their other patients ahead of you. If you want to wait hours , and hear patients complaining about the long wait periods, and lots of people coming in, and no one leaving, this is the place for you. Run away Run away this place is awful. Waste of my gas and time.
