My husband called 911 and although I was in agony I was aware how great the ambulance people were: Amazing, and once we go to Stony Brook U Hospital everyone was terrific. I asked people their names but sorry to say I can't remember them. I will say PA Kathryn Walton was amazing. She did an awesome job stitching up my laceration, and she was so kind, professional and comforting. Dr. Brian McMahon was THE NICEST doctor! He took such great care of me. He was so considerate and I knew I was in great hands. I can't say enough wonderful things about these two physicians. Additionally, Everyone I came into contact with was amazing........nurses, aids, transport people, Xray and Cat Scan techs. I had a very long recovery, and thought about how fortunate I was to get the exceptional care that I did from all these people. God bless them, and Thank you to all of them.
