This experience of having a cavity filled that was in the root of the tooth, and an old filling blocking access, I was prepared for the worst. About 1/4 of the way into the cavity and cutting past the old filling that was in the way, I thought hot damn this is not bad at all. They were sensitive to my reactions and constantly asked about how was feeling and if I needed a break. My final thought is if I need to go to the dentist again this is my only stop.

I am suppose to have cleanings every 3 to 4 months. Each time I have an appointment there is an issue with the date, time, or both. There is also a lack of consistency with hygienists and doctors. I remained a patient due to their statements of transitions and belief the staff would become consistent. In the last two years I have been given several different treatment plans (my dental needs are minimal) and over the last year I have needed to provide each dentist and hygienist my history and recommendations from the previous appointments because each new team contradicted what the previous teams recommendations. I have waited to give a review as I was hopeful they would figure out how to provide consistent patient care. Today they proved that to not be case as the same issues persist. It is unfortunate as all staff have been friendly and nice, however consistent knowledgeable care is most important.
